The staff is friendly and the service is good

The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It's a perfect place to unwind after a long day at work.

The smell and cleanliness are perfect as usual.

It's quite comfortable, the bed is a bit noisy, every time we move a little it makes a sound.

It's fun and nice to take a break, and the location is close to the airport.

The staff was very kind and responsive, but unfortunately the AC wasn't cooling, the hot water kettle didn't work, and the TV remote didn't work, even though the batteries were replaced, but it was still damp and dusty. Room 356, located in the corner at the very end, was probably rarely used.

The receptionist was responsive, even though check-in was late at night. The location is close to the airport.

There are red stains on the mattress and on the pillowcase I'm using, and sorry, it smells a bit too. The glass next to the teapot also has lip marks. You could pay more attention to its cleanliness.

For smokers, there's a lack of adequate seating and areas. The front lobby should include dedicated seating for smoking guests.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was in a strategic location, but unfortunately the Wi-Fi password was changed the next morning without notice, making it difficult to access the Wi-Fi.

Nice hotel, rooms are too small, staff are friendly.

I am very grateful to have stayed one (1) night at Hotel Neo + Waru, Sidoarjo. Besides the friendly service, drinking water was always available in abundance even though I had to leave the room. Keep going....Neo + Sidoarjo Hotel Management. I want to stay longer again...thankfully, I get a free offer from Management.

The AC is not cold enough, there is no mineral water in the room either.
