Strategic location. It is recommended to change the sheets and bedding. The staff responded quickly when asked to change the pillowcases. The room is very poorly soundproofed. Noise from outside the room came from the afternoon, evening, until the early morning. It was very disturbing to rest. If the soundproofing cannot be improved, a note should be posted in the hallway urging guests to respect other guests, keep their voices down, etc. Hot water is good. The TV is broken and cannot be used. We apologize for this note, so that improvements can be made in the future so that BBC can continue to progress.

I had a pleasant stay with my family at the BBC Hotel in Bandar Jaya, Lampung. I would like to offer some feedback regarding the soundproofing of the room, especially the connecting door. The guest next to me repeatedly tried to open or fiddle with the door handle, making it noisy and disturbing. The breakfast was tasty, and perhaps they could add more Western options, such as sausages or other options. Overall, this hotel is a good base for a trip to Lampung.

BBC is arguably the best choice when in Bandar Jaya. Recommended

The hotel's location is quite strategic. As far as I know, there are no other hotels of the BBC's stature in the Bandar Jaya area. It's close to KFC, Indomaret, Holland Bakery, and more. While relatively pricey, the amenities are quite good, and the breakfast is quite tasty. Highly recommended if you're staying in Bandar Jaya.

The room is spacious, comfortable, and the layout is good. The service was good, responsive, and friendly. The location is strategic as it is very near to minimarkets and restaurants, even a clinic or hospital. Breakfast was okay. Please give more attention to pool cleanliness.

The room had a wet floor upon check-in, and the bathroom wouldn't lock. The access card was a bit noisy in the room due to a problem with the card.

The TV signal in the room is bad, sometimes no color appears.

I'm at a loss for words or descriptions, but everything at the BBC Hotel is great. I didn't have time to take photos because I wanted to enjoy the hotel atmosphere; it was perfect for refreshing my mind. Ambience/Facilities: Classy, clean, safe, and quiet Food: The food is delicious and varied, the restaurant is clean, and the staff are friendly Staff Assistance: The staff are very helpful with both room cleanliness and other services Highlights: The rooms face the pool, making the view even more beautiful Price: The facilities are worth the price Location: Strategic, close to shops, banks, hospitals, and other restaurants

At 2:30 a.m. the guests were very noisy on the 1st floor. I can still tolerate it if it's noisy until 12. Calling the receptionist via the room phone, there was no answer. When calling via cellphone to the hotel number, it was only picked up. The noise was only reduced at 5. Poor soundproofing is understandable but the staff were very indecisive. In the morning I complained to the staff but the staff couldn't give an answer, the receptionist needs training on how to handle complaints. The deposit took quite a long time at checkout. I even asked, can my credit to call the hotel to complain be replaced? But the staff just kept quiet. With the same experience, many hotels can provide better facilities.

The hotel location is very close to the toll road so it is easy to reach. I booked 2 rooms with a group of 6 family members, the rooms were clean and the facilities were quite good for a 4-star hotel.

The swimming pool looks clean from above, but after diving in there is a lot of dirt and the water looks oily.

For room facilities, perhaps they can be upgraded, depending on the price.
