My family and I are regular here. This hotel is excellent if you want a walking distance to places such as LFS Cinemas, shopping plaza, Pasar Payang, Dataran Shahbandar. Also, if it's not convenient to walk, Grab car to Mayang Mall and KTCC is just RM6-7 away.

First, the room we got had a malfunctioning air conditioner, but it was promptly addressed, and we were relocated to a new room right away. Great service 👍

Carpeted floor 👍🏼 Ready to have a telekung, kain pelikat, Quran, indoor & outdoor slippers, refrigerator (deluxe room). Going during the holiday season and waiting space before check in is quite limited especially for parents. Ready for parking on the 6th floor haha. Don't worry it's free, he'll ask you to validate your tng/IC at the front office before leaving.

It would be great if the machine to validate the parking ticket located at the parking level. Great sea view

Me and two kids are happy here. The location is superb, walking distance to LFS. It's just that when we arrived, we had to wait almost 1 hour to check in because the room wasn't ready.

Were charged rm81 for parking for 1 night cause forget to verify touch n go at receptionist. Try to get refund from hotel, but nothing they can do to refund. The parking at level 6, not recommended for lowered car like alphard/velfire. Normal lowered ya. Front bumper skirting scratched the ground many times. Lobby so smelly, maybe smell from the nearest toilet. But location is good, near to the store, emart and 7e.

Traveloka's advertisement is a bit misleading. However, the hotel agreed to change the room. However, this time the room given was a bit smelly in the bathroom/toilet. I can say that I am a regular customer and this is the 1st time I have experienced this.

Overall very good, but experienced our dedicated parking was stolen by somebody after coming back from dinner. The hotel security or responsible person must always be vigilant because that parking was additional paid.

Even though we requested a non-smoking room, the air still had the smell. It is a bit inconvenient. Our room was located on a high floor. We could enjoy the city scenery and the Terengganu drawbridge light illumination.

Staff are so friendly. Rooms are OK-OK. I just want to comment on two things: 1. The broken window lock was not replaced prior to customer check-in. 2. The schedule for food order for room service was changed to 10.30 pm only. However, it was not updated in the menu list provided in the room.

Paya Bunga Hotel is the best Hotel to stay with your family especially if you have kids. The hotel staffs are friendly, and the location of the hotel is very to close attractive places. Awesome for vacation 😊. Sure to come again 😂.
