I had a lovely stay at Santorini Beach Resort in Gili Island for 3 days and 2 nights. The price is very affordable, but the facilities and service were good. The place is comfortable, clean, and has a nice atmosphere to relax and enjoy the island. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a cozy and budget-friendly stay in Gili.

The place is very far from the port, about 45 minutes by bicycle, and after arriving I had to wait more than two hours to get a room. They didn’t give me the room I booked by the pool. The manager avoided responsibility and even blamed the app, saying the poolside rooms were already sold out. I asked for a cashback, but they didn’t give it. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Check-in time is 2 PM, but we only entered the room at 4:30 PM. The receptionist was less than informative about the ice cream voucher given to customers, the receptionist said the voucher was free 1 ice cone, when exchanged the ice cream officer said it had to be included in the purchase. There were 3 rooms we booked but 2 of the rooms did not match what we booked. High season Eid al-Fitr, the manager and employees were not on standby, many guest bookings did not match what the guests received. In front of the bathroom of room 10 on the 2nd floor there were spider webs even though they said it had just been cleaned.

The hotel is really cool: comfortable, clean, friendly staff, swimming pool and volleyball court. In front of Sunset Point Beach, there's Momoyo Ice Cream and movie nights. It's only 13 minutes from the harbor by electric scooter.

The location is strategic, the staff is friendly and it is close to the sunset spot.

The resort is Instagrammable, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are kept clean. It's worth the price. It's just a shame it's far from the harbor.

Well you can’t expect high when the rate of this property only 40 USD you can still enjoy the vibe and all the associated really kind and helpful But this property need a renovation and refreshment because it already looks old and in some part already run down. The hotel is really nice and clean. You can also rent bikes from the hotel, so don't worry, guys. As soon as you leave the hotel, you'll be right at the beach 😍

When we checked in, we waited a while because the receptionist was handling a complaint from another guest. Two receptionists handled the complaint together while our family waited in a daze. Although they apologized, I think time management and task allocation could have been improved. They also grumbled about other guests' complaints in front of us. The room was clean, and the environment was clean, but I felt there were a few details missing, like a doormat at the entrance. We had just come from the beach, wondering how to keep the floor clean when we went to the bathroom, as the doormat was the only one there. The floor became dirty and sticky with seawater. Furthermore, even though we only stayed one night, I hoped the front of our room would be clean in the morning when we left. Perhaps the cleaning service could have swept and cleaned the small table in front of the room, but unfortunately, they didn't. There was a lot of sand and a dirty table. When I return, I hope things have changed. Thank you.

The hotel is quite far from the harbor, about 20 minutes if you walk, or about 10 minutes if you ride a bike. It's comfortable and not noisy. I deliberately chose the one that was far away so I could sleep well. The only thing is there's no refrigerator in the room, otherwise it's okay.

absolutely disgusting. so on the 2nd day something happened and the smell of sewage overflowed and poured into the rooms. staff were unhelpful. food was slow.

It was a very pleasant stay for 1 night here, the place is super aesthetic, the service is also friendly, next time if I go to Gili T I will stay here again🤩👍
