Terrible Experience: Safety Issues and Poor Maintenance "I stayed in a Superior King Room (Feb 21-23, 2026) and it was a total disaster. While the location is good, the room conditions were unacceptable: • Safety Hazard: I found broken glass on the floor, which is extremely dangerous. The floor itself was also very sticky and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. • Maintenance Issues: The water stopped running while I was showering, which was incredibly frustrating. • Hygiene: The room was infested with mosquitoes, making it impossible to rest. This was a very disappointing and 'very bad' stay.

The bathroom has no hot water - The bathroom above is leaking down to the 307th floor.

The hotel is old, scary and not clean. But the location is good. The bathroom is very old, the water hose is black. You can see the water pipes upstairs. And the door behind can't be locked.

Air conditioning is leaking with water drop, nothing service even tea spoon to stir the coffee even ask room service to get one, the blind in the bathroom is mould should get change long time ago general are not good at all even service will never come back again.
