I stayed at this hotel for over 20 days. A wonderful hotel with an excellent location next to the famous clock. The staff are helpful and smiling. I highly recommend it. It offers a very good price and comfortable rooms.

This is my third stay here. The staff is still as friendly as ever. Breakfast remains the same: fried rice + omelet + tea/coffee. I'd suggest adding a fan to the room to make it more comfortable.

Very friendly and owned by a Bukittinggi local, not like most of the others in the area. Speaks English and happily gives recommendations and onward travel. Well situated close to clock tower, fort, market, zoo, bank, and warungs.

If possible, provide a fan, so that it is more comfortable to sleep during hot nights.

Recommended for motorcycles as parking is difficult for cars. The room lacks air conditioning or a fan, making it stuffy and uncomfortable. I couldn't access the internet in my room because the Wi-Fi signal was intermittent and the Telkomsel signal was lost.

There are no clothes hangers, no soap, access to refill drinking water should be provided on each floor, but this is not, I have to go to the 1st floor while my room is on the 3rd floor. Then regarding car parking, when my car could not be parked but the hotel remained silent and did not provide a solution, only when I asked did they act. The TV in each room cannot access the internet, there is no table in the room. Actually, this hotel is comfortable to stay in, but because the contents in the room are only a bed, TV, and a mirror, it is a bit difficult to place something like luggage.

Got scammed by the front desk. From the start, I asked if there were bathroom amenities and a fan. They said yes. When I checked, they weren't there. Checking out took less than 5 minutes!!

There is no air conditioning, the prayer room is narrow.

Close to the Clock Tower and the zoo. Clean bathrooms with hot water. Parking is lacking.
