The family room was perfect, and the location. Breakfast not too many options or variety, I expect more. The voucher for Jatim Park was not the best, maybe they can give a different voucher and explain a bit more about the activities surrounding the hotel. We need to walk more because the family room is on the other side.

This is the first hotel I've ever been to that offers comprehensive amenities, most of which are free for guests. It keeps us from getting bored in our rooms, as most of the facilities are accessible until 8-9 p.m. The staff is also incredibly friendly, caring, and always smiling. Awesome! Our favorite hotel when we go to Malang, because it is directly connected to Jatim Park 3 and is very kid-friendly because all the hotel facilities are available for children's activities.

It was a blast, and the kids loved staying here. It's well-equipped and close to Jatim Park 3. The rooms are nice and the price is affordable. I hope to stay here more often.

Highly recommended for a staycation with kids, the facilities are excellent. There are plenty of free rides for kids, no additional fees. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean, and most importantly, the view is absolutely stunning.
