This is my second time here. The first time was really good, maybe because I got a room on the top floor. I liked it, the location is strategic, there are lots of snacks around. But I'm really sorry, yesterday the second time I got a room on the third floor, suddenly there was a cockroach in the room. It wasn't too much of a problem because I was really sleepy anyway. But a bit disappointed. So far so good, but please pay attention to the third floor.

The staff was very nice and the check-in and checkout process was very fast.

The room was fairly clean and spacious, with a direct view of Medan. The air conditioning was quite cool, but you couldn't request breakfast earlier, even though it was takeout.

There are ants and cockroaches in the room, please follow up immediately.

Comfortable place to stay and quick access.

When I first entered the room, the specifications didn't match. Poor the housekeeping department got a scolding. Hopefully, they'll be more responsive to customer complaints. Sorry, not to be sorry, this will be my first and last stay here.

It's still the same as before: a clean hotel, helpful staff, and a great location. There are plenty of cafes nearby.

For this price, it's pretty good. The pillows are hard, though, and I think they need to be replaced.

I once couldn't get into my room because my child had fallen asleep. I couldn't get through to the hotel staff. Thankfully, they were friendly, and I was finally able to get into my room. Thank you, Deli Hotel. I always stay here when I'm in Medan. The breakfast at the restaurant is varied, with a daily changing menu. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable.
