Great service and great atmosphere

Lots of cockroaches, lots of baby cockroaches on the floor, in the blankets, and in the curtains. The sink water has to be collected and then flushed down the toilet. It's a hassle. It's not clean either. Hmm, disappointed.

Positives: Friendly staff, pleasant environment, fast Wi-Fi, good facilities. Negatives: Many facilities in the bedroom and bathroom area are broken but not repaired. Feedback: The damaged areas should be repaired immediately to make guests' stay more comfortable.

Good if you just need to sleep, not so much if you have to spend time in it for a while.

This is my first time booking through Traveloka, and a place that completely doesn't match the description in the photos. The room is small, the sheets are torn, the small balcony looks like it hasn't been swept or mopped in years, the curtains are only on one side, the bathroom ceiling is on the verge of breaking, like it's about to fall on your head, the bathroom is black, the electrical sockets are exposed—in short, it's not a decent place to stay. It needs a complete renovation. My suggestion: Traveloka should stop recommending this place as a place to stay. It will only damage Traveloka's reputation. Thank you. The apartment is strategically located, I've stayed here many times, the wifi is fast, there's hot water, it's worth it for that price.

The sink faucet is broken. If you turn on the bathroom water, it starts to spray (12th floor, room 20). There are lots of small animals in the bathroom.

The electricity was out from 1 a.m. until check out, the electricity token was not refilled, I reported it and asked which unit it was but there was no response after I answered the unit, I wanted to use the bathroom so I had to use a flashlight from my phone because there was no electricity so the bathroom was dark. Even though the electricity was on in other units. My first experience renting an apartment and it was disappointing
