I don't regret staying here the coolest thing is the view from the rooftop swimming pool 👍👍

Booked this place for a short vacation trip in KL with my family. It seems like an older apartment, but it’s still well-maintained and in good condition. The unit is very spacious. The living room view is really beautiful, directly facing the KL streets, such a nice view. However, there are not enough power sockets for those who need to charge multiple devices like modems or power banks. There is hot water, the AC works well, and it’s cold. There’s also a microwave, which is convenient for reheating food. Overall, it’s very suitable for a family trip. I couldn’t review the swimming pool since we didn’t have time to use it. The key is usually given around 2:30 to 3:00 PM, so it’s better to confirm again 1–2 days before arrival. You’ll need to collect the key manually from a locker.

Stayed in B28-01, furniture is aged, shower room door is difficult to be closed, air conditioning doesn’t work with remote control, it operates at full capacity of freezing air while the main switch is switched on.

Spacious & reliable internet connection. Good for those who want to stay while working. There is no washing machine, but there is coin laundry at the 4th floor (lobby). Near Sunway Putra Mall, PWTC station, and Chowkit area which [has] many food vendors to explore, ask the guard about which way to go there. I notice there [are] small roaches. Just a tip: Studio room is facing inside, while 2-3 bedroom is facing the city. Easy check-in and check-out. The team [is] also responsive. Good job, guys!

The residence has great view and the surrounding is clean. Got great security. Make sure to collect keys first before entering parking. After collecting your keys, you need to submit registration form to the guard at your block lobby level 4. However there is no free parking. Only got visitor parking using TnGo for first hour RM3.30 and subsequent hour for RM1.65 per hour, no limit. Indoor parking is RM20/night, unlimited access but you need to request before checking in as it is subject to availability. It is not walkable and you can only get there by car because there is no route for pedestrians to go to the nearest train station as it got its own flyover. It got 2 swimming pools; infinity pool at block A level 37 and family pool at level 5. The infinity pool is more packed because of the view and is not too clean, only a few shower rooms available. Family pool is much more cleaner.

trip with 4 small children book a last minute hotel: available unit for 6 adults 3BR, I am a mother and 4 children (14, 11, 9 and 6) so amazing get a price in the 300s with almost complete facilities, I say almost because the washing machine is there but it doesn't work but it doesn't matter because I only stay 1 night and there is no agenda to wash, because the clothes have been washed when staying in Melaka, friendly owner, and fast response easy check-in and check-out process, easy transportation access, to KTM Putra walk about 5-10 minutes (for those who bring travel bags/suitcases, you really have to lift when going up the stairs to the station, indrive/maxim access is also easy, recommended

Just perfect!!! Will definitely book whenever I visit KL. Wi-Fi good, check-in and out was easy. Parking was super easy.

The apartment is really good, you can bring a big family, there is a very beautiful swimming pool, it's just a bit difficult to find food, I suggest if you stay for a long time, you can cook there, it's guaranteed to feel like you're living in your own home.

Sky roof is very beautiful and the room is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for friends who want to travel to Malaysia.
