The concept is a studio apartment with a fairly large room. Plates, bowls, and a kitchen set are provided, but unfortunately there's no microwave. The bathroom is quite large, but the shower space is limited, separated only by a curtain. This creates a wet (rather than dry) bathroom because the water flows everywhere. And all the cleaning supplies, like the toilet brush, are in the bathroom, making it less comfortable.

A pleasant experience staying at this place. The room is spacious enough for 4 adults and clean. In the bathroom provided toiletries such as soap and shampoo. Apartment facilities such as swimming pool are quiet and can be used. However, there is no access to free parking and the apartment area is quiet, if you want to go to the mini market you have to walk quite far. It is recommended before arriving at the apartment, buy drinking water and food. If there is a chance to go to Semarang again, we will definitely come back here. Thank you.

Nyesel datengnya malem, kamarnya homey banget, nyaman banget buat istirahat. Bersih, semua peralatan rumah ada kecuali kompor. Ada akses untuk ke kolam renang tapi pintunya di kunci, pas tanya ke penjaga gimana cara buka pintunya gak tau, disuruh tanya ke satpam. Kalau dilihat-lihat kolam renangnya gak terawat juga sih. Males dioper-oper, akhirnya keluar aja eh langsung ada CFD di depan. Di bawah apartemen ada mall juga, tapi sudah sepi hampir gak ada tenant yang buka, sayang banget. Untuk yang bawa kendaraan pribadi seperti saya, parkirnya di depan apartemen, seadanya dan terbuka, dijaga langsung sama satpam apartemen. Bayar parkir maksimal 20k sehari.

The rooms are very clean, the AC is cold and the bathroom is clean and doesn't smell bad, the water is fast, the parking area is spacious but the parking lot is a bit high and a bit narrow, the service is friendly, can accommodate up to 4 people. But overall recommended.

The rooms are nice and quite clean, the owner is also friendly. But unfortunately the apartment is really gloomy, so it's scary and the hallways and lifts are also hot and a bit dark.

The place is very comfortable, like at home.

Strategic location, really close to walk to Simpang Lima area. The room is very clean and can easily accommodate up to 4 pax. Bathroom is also very clean, but a small drawback is that the shower curtain is too short so the floor got wet after taking a bath. We were assisted by Pak Rolly, who was very friendly and helpful. Really recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

The place is spacious and clean. In front of the inn there is a spilled market on Sunday morning.

Cukup bersih dan terawat, fasilitas lumayan lengkap hanya sayang tidak ada kompor listrik atau microwave. TV juga perlu cara untuk bisa nonton TV. Sudah dipandu sih via wa tapi saya belum berhasil dapat channel-channel TVnya 😂 Overall, untuk di masa pandemi, saya puas menginap di sini karena tidak ramai juga.
