Apart from the location near Hoan Kiem Lake, I have nothing to praise about this hotel. I booked a room on Traveloka because the room pictures looked very neat, I set the price at 680k including tax and fees. Due to the flight delay, I arrived in Hanoi at 2am, when I went to check in, the receptionist was sleeping right at the entrance (a middle-aged woman on night duty), she said there were guests but during the day she didn't hand over anything to her (but I saw her open her notebook and my name was there?), luckily there was only 1 room left, she brought 2 towels, 2 drinks and a plastic bag to throw in the trash (so she knew the room wasn't prepared yet). When she went downstairs, I checked the room and saw a glass with half-drunk water on the table, there was only 1 pair of slippers in the room and they weren't neatly arranged. I went down to have dinner and asked the receptionist if the room hadn't been cleaned yet, could she change me to another room, she said there were no more rooms, I said then go up and clean the glass that was still there. When I came back from dinner, I saw her sleeping. When I went to my room, I saw the cup upside down on the tray, as if she took the cup to the bathroom and washed it, then turned it upside down again. If the room was cleaned properly, there would have been 2 cups and 2 pairs of slippers neatly arranged. The night shift staff were too sleepy, irresponsible and heartless. The towels were torn, the refrigerator was plugged in and not working. Because the room was not cleaned properly. I booked it but stayed in a patched room. After checking out, I went down to complain directly to another girl on duty during the day, saying that I had to pay because I was not satisfied with anything. This girl was kind and asked me to sympathize. Who sympathized with me? In short, with this price, I have countless other options and I deeply regret choosing this hotel, and the girl I met at night was super lazy. If I had met her in the morning, I might have had a better experience.

Those who intend to book here should stop thinking about it immediately. I was quite shocked when I checked in and had to run away that night because I couldn't stay overnight here even though I booked through Traveloka for 1 night for 670k. 1. Although I booked through Traveloka (quite reputable for me), when I checked in, I was shocked because the hotel didn't have my booking information. 2. The hotel did not ask me to show my ID card or guest information (the hourly rental house also asked me to show my ID card to take a photo). 3. Although my booking information was not available, the hotel asked me to pay immediately. 4. The hotel was shabby, dusty, the equipment was older than old, there was no toilet paper, no hot water even in winter, and the bathroom light was broken. When I sat on the bed sheet, dust flew out. 5. The hotel has shampoo and shower gel but those 2 essential things are contained in a bottle of Lavie mineral water??? 6. While waiting to check in, I saw a family from Saigon (probably also booked through Traveloka) refuse to check in because the hotel was quite shabby, dirty and not suitable for a vacation. 7. I think Traveloka should find reputable partners to cooperate with instead of haphazardly putting hotels like this on the app, so that booking customers do not encounter situations like this again. 8. The hotel is rated 2 stars or 3 stars but is worse than a motel. It was truly an unforgettable experience and a bad one for my business trip.

Saw on the booking app that it was a clean hotel but it was a really bad experience, I had to rebook another hotel when I first arrived here. I do not recommend you to come because it is very dirty and shabby.

Mình đặt phòng tại khách sạn này cho bạn mình chiều thứ 7, nhưng tới cuối giờ chiều bạn mình tới nhận phòng thì khách sạn báo hết phòng, và hướng dẫn bạn mình sang nơi lưu trú khác nhưng chất lượng không tương đương như phòng đã đặt và xác nhận trên hệ thống. Bạn mình không đồng ý với sắp xếp không hợp lý này nên đã tìm một chỗ khác để nghỉ lại. Bọn mình không hài lòng với cách xử lý không chuyên nghiệp của khách sạn này.

Tôi đặt boôking thành công mà đến khách sạn không còn phòng. Nhân viên ăn mặc không formal. Đưa tôi đến 1 khách sạn khác cách đó 500m, tối tăm ẩm thấp và nhiều muỗi. Kinh khủng😔
