The room is very comfortable, spacious enough for 2 people, the bathroom is also clean, the bed is single, so if you want to stay with two people, you can add an extra bed, per bed is only 30 thousand, worth it.

Water is flowing. Wi-Fi is working. I got a room on the 3rd floor, but it was quite tiring climbing the stairs to pick up food orders. Drinking water and hot water gallons are available on the 1st floor. Blankets are not provided. Only towels and soap are provided. The 50,000 Rupiah deposit is returned upon check-in. The room is standard boarding house style.

during check-in, adjust your order, if you book an air-conditioned room, just give it to me. I feel sorry for the owner if he gets a bad rating on the app. I hope he continues to improve.

- The wardrobe had a few broken parts. - The fan was a bit dirty and dusty. - The bathroom was a bit dirty... and if anything was broken, please replace it. - The room was quite clean. - The bed was comfortable. - The bathroom, aside from the broken parts, was otherwise fine. - As for the smell in the room, thank God, there wasn't any unpleasant odor, so it was safe. But I think it's reasonable for the price... and this is recommended. It's nice, and it's also busy.

Staff extremely helpful and nice, they helped me to arrange delivery for a forgotten item in a bus, and also helped me with my laundry..staff 10/10..but room was not great, no shower water, no ac, no cover, bed very hard and also location was kinda far from the centre

Please change the mattress, the sheets are stained, please wash the cutlery. Don't ask for a charge every now and then. Looking for a cheap price, it becomes expensive, the pillowcase and the sheets don't match, many bathrooms are broken. The mattress is small, the employees are like bosses who tell customers to take everything themselves.

Not recommended, small mattress, already broken, expensive to charge for a little. Employees are silent if not asked for soap, towels, etc. If anything, they tell us to get it ourselves as if we were their employees. It's like all their employees.

Regarding the charge, we can explain that guests who check in early and check out late like you will be charged. Regarding the bed, it is according to the description, which is a single bed, so if you want to ask for an extra bed, of course you will be charged. We have written all these provisions clearly in this Traveloka application. Oh yes, with the few shortcomings that you wrote above, it turns out that you extended your stay for 1 more day after staying at Wisma Jasmine for 3 days. Thank you for your trust 🙏
