The pillowcases and bedsheets are dirty, the spray hose on the toilet is broken, but the shower water is strong

Regarding the property we rented, the room was dirty and dusty, as if it hadn't been rented for a long time. The unit doesn't have WiFi and the manager didn't install a GSM repeater so the signal wouldn't be bad for those who need a connection and have to leave the building. And one more thing, parking is paid. 😥

Sorry, I want to give you an honest review and experience about the property we rented here: 1. The room was quite spacious, but dirty and dusty. 2. When we first entered the room, the electricity and water were out. We were hot in the room, and it only came back on 1.5 hours later (it wasn't properly prepared). 3. After the water came on, when we wanted to go to the bathroom, we discovered the shower jet was broken. We couldn't use it. We waited another 2 hours, holding in the urge to poop. 4. The unit didn't have Wi-Fi, but there was a TV. I thought it would work, but I found out I had to call the staff to check it and they found it was indeed broken. 5. On our last night, at exactly 9:00 PM, the electricity went out again because the token ran out (they didn't check it). 6. There's no free parking, so you still have to pay to park. The bottom line is, I'm fed up with this property. It's poorly maintained, with no assurance, and no awareness. It's not worth the price we paid.

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel location is strategic.

Proses cekin cekot mudah, kasur empuk, lumayan nyaman sih utk harga segitu, cuma banyak yg rusak tp tdk diperbaiki , seperti keran shower, wastafel, jet shower rusak ga bisa dipakai, water heater juga ngga panas cuma anget2 kuku aja, kebersihan perlu ditingkatkan

The condition of the room is bad, the air conditioner is not working, the closet hose is dislodged, there is no soap and towels.

Akomodasi sesuai dengan di gambar, agent ramah, untuk kebersihan lumayan, tetapi perlu di tingkatkan lagi kebersihan kitchen set, ruang tamu dan dispenser, karena dispenser berdebu. Jadi kami bersihkan sendiri, so far oke lah buat liburan, kolam renang pun luas dan nyaman.

The electricity went out at 3 am. The room smells musty. Parking is not free. There is a refrigerator but it doesn't turn on. There is a stove but no gas.

Very bad apartment, the worst apartment we've ever been. We ordered 4 rooms, all of them were bad, the lights were dim, the air conditioner was hot, the room was dirty/smelly, the pillow covers were not replaced, there were lots of cigarette butts in the room and in one of the room drawers there was a used syringe, electricity/token until it was dark we were dark- dark and many more minuses. We were forced to checkout early in the morning because the room was unfit. Not recommended!

Worth the price. Complete facilities: towels, toothbrush, soap, shampoo, hot water, stove/gas, gallon water, refrigerator, eating/cooking utensils, cold air conditioning, wardrobe, work desk/chair. Regular broadcast TV is not clear, but can be plugged in hdmi from laptops/games for entertainment. For suggestions: - need to add a cable roll/extension, because the power plug is lacking. - Add a curtain in the bathroom so that the shower water doesn't get wet everywhere in the toilet. - Provide a small lamp for sleeping, because the main light is glare and when it is turned off it is dark pitch black.
