Booked an ocean view room, but the room I received did not match the photos or my expectations—it had no ocean view at all. When I raised the issue, the staff told me they would help find a replacement room since we were the first guests to check in that day. However, after waiting for an hour, there was no update, and our luggage was still not delivered to the room. When we returned to the front office, we found out that the staff had already changed shifts, and we were supposed to get a replacement ocean-view room, but this was never communicated by the previous shift. We spent four hours traveling from Denpasar to get here, and this experience was very disappointing. I hope the management improves their communication and customer service so future guests don’t face the same issue.
