The room was very clean and the concierge staff amazing. I did not see the outdoor pool and I did not have breakfast so I cannot comment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Capri. A modern hotel, with great amenities, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ideally located in Chinatown it is close to public transit and within easy walking distance of many of the tourist attractions. The rooftop top pool was an added bonus allowing for a bit of cooldown from the hot weather. Should we return to Singapore we would not hesitate to return again for another stay.

An exceptional hotel in a brilliant location. Room was very spacious with the shower and bed (and aircon!) being standouts for comfort during our stay.

I am sharing this to warn travelers—especially families and those on long-haul flights—about the rigid and dismissive management at this property. Due to a documented mechanical flight failure, our family was delayed by 24 hours. I acted in total goodwill, proactively notifying the hotel via their platform nearly 48 hours in advance. Despite our significant commitment—booking two rooms for multiple nights—the hotel refused any flexibility for the missed night caused by the airline. Most frustrating was the lack of leadership accountability. I specifically requested a review by the General Manager to discuss a reasonable service recovery. Instead of a professional dialogue, my escalation was ignored by the GM and delegated to a deputy who simply repeated rigid "no-refund" scripts. It is clear that Capri by Fraser China Square prioritizes a single night's penalty over guest loyalty and professional partnership. We paid in full for both rooms for the duration of our stay, but management chose to ignore a proactive guest facing a travel crisis. If you want a hotel that values its guests and demonstrates real leadership during disruptions, I suggest looking elsewhere.
