The hotel staff was friendly. I didn't expect the room to be comfortable at such an affordable price. It just didn't come with shampoo and soap :( I'll stay here next time I'm in Malang.

If it's for a business trip, it's still okay, but if it's for a family vacation, it's not recommended.

Clean and good service. It looks ordinary on the outside, but inside, for the low price, it's nice and, most importantly, clean.

The hotel staff was very bad, the hotel room was very stuffy and dirty, the bathroom was very dirty and smelled of urine.

The room had no wardrobe, there was a TV but it couldn't be accessed, the bedroom was not very clean, if you had booked it, it should have been cleaned first until it was comfortable and not just done carelessly.

The staff is friendly, well, it's a guest house with a shophouse style so the rooms are definitely cramped and not soundproof.

This doesn't deserve to be called a guest house because it's very uncomfortable, dirty, and the TV is also broken. The surrounding offices are empty, dark and a little scary if you're alone. There's no touch of beauty. The public areas are also dirty. For a boarding house, this doesn't even fit the category. I was really disappointed staying here.

Usually, if you are in a hotel/guest house, check out time is at least 12 noon, but this time check out time is 11:40, you have to check out immediately🙏 if you don't get charged an additional 50% of the room price🙏. Is checking out too early? 😭😭😭

The hotel staff is friendly and agile, wanted to drink coffee but was given an electric kettle, the warm coffee made my body feel fresh again, the room was fragrant, clean, and the toilet was also clean. The surrounding culinary was very delicious.

It was an okay stay. The guesthouse was pretty clean. It's a 4-story shophouse (ruko) kind of building with an old vibe surrounding it. The room was okay, the AC works but the TV and Wi-Fi don't. The bathroom was outside, it's also pretty clean. There's no soap and you also didn't get a toothbrush and paste, all you got was a towel. Just don't forget to check in before 8 PM because after that there are no employees around and you won't get your room key.
