The parking lot is a bit small, making it a bit difficult to get in and out of cars, and the AC isn't very cool. It could be improved. Overall, a good recommendation for those looking for affordable accommodation around Condong Catur and Seturan.

The room was decent for the 200-something rupiah, but the lights were out, so it was really dark. Only the lights in the front door and bathroom were on, and the TV wouldn't even turn on.

For a price under 250,000 Rupiah and a location in Seturan near UPN, it's highly recommended. It's perfect for a relaxing break when you're in Yogyakarta. There's no need to stay in an expensive hotel if you're spending a lot of time outside. For this price, this is incredibly clean. So, you can explore Yogyakarta freely without feeling like you're wasting money on expensive hotels.

The room was clean, with towels and toiletries provided, and a window. It's close to shops and restaurants. The downside is the traffic noise due to the proximity to the road, and if you get a room on the ground floor, you'll be exposed to the sound of parked vehicles.

It's a decent price for a clean, industrial-style room, but the bathroom had a lot of peeling paint, making it a bit untidy, even though it looked clean. I was a bit annoyed that the check-out time was 11:00, and there was a 50,000 IDR charge per hour after that. Overall, this hotel is good for around 200,000 IDR.

It's really fun, I always stay here whenever I go to Jogja, huhuhu, it's my absolute favorite.
