The room and service were fine, and the staff were friendly. However, special requests in the app didn't seem to work, even though we booked three days in advance. The shower facilities also needed attention, as there were yellow stains that seemed to have been overlooked. The room also wasn't soundproof, as there was live music on the M floor, and the sound could be heard in room 806.

As soon as you enter the hotel, you'll smell amazing, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The rooms are comfortable, clean, fragrant, and spacious, with sofas. The hotel area offers a great photo spot. The breakfast is delicious. If you're bored, you can play karaoke. It's perfect for bringing kids because you can walk to the playground, shop, or hang out at Lippo Mall and JM.
