I spent a few days here for work. Check-in and check-out were quick. The room was clean, and all facilities worked well. The TV needed fixing and the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but it wasn't a major issue. The location isn't too far from the station. The breakfast was excellent; the food was tasty and offered a good variety. There is an Indomaret in the lobby, which made everything very convenient.

The noise from the mosque at dawn really disturbs your sleep. Hotels should provide earplugs. Parking is difficult. The air conditioning takes a long time to cool.

The room was okay, clean, and the AC was fine, although you had to wait a bit for it to cool down. Swimming is recommended, as the pool is large and beautiful. The food was also delicious, and I especially liked the freshly cut fruit, which was always filled to the brim with mountains of fruit. lol.

The hotel manager who was on duty the night of August 24th was the best. We booked a twin room and asked for the beds to be combined, as a reward for our child's birthday the next day. Since we booked it so late, it was already late. The manager was kind enough to exchange it for a single bed, which was big enough for three people. He was also very kind, giving us a fairly high room on the 27th floor. The breakfast was also varied, and everything was delicious. I also asked the hotel staff member on duty for a birthday cake compliment. And yes, as in the photo, they gave me a delicious and big cake. As usual, everyone was happy. The staff were all very kind. I will stay again next time♥️ Thanks to all the staff, the best! 🎉

Friendly hotel staff. The hotel staff/security guard helped me when I didn't have my access card for the elevator.

Before checking out, I asked questions via WhatsApp, and they were fast and friendly. Upon arrival, everyone from security, receptionists, restaurant staff, and cleaning staff were all friendly. The rooms, swimming pool, children's playground, and gym were all clean and tidy. The restaurant is great, and the breakfast menu is varied and delicious. It's great. I stayed in a room on the 27th floor, right in front of the evacuation route. The cleaning staff were constantly going there, and at 2 or 3 a.m., I was startled awake by the sound of people laughing, but I didn't know if it was staff or guests staying there. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices. It was probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The restaurant had Mas Dian, whose service was excellent. He made me ginger tea because my voice was hoarse, he noticed. The room was nice and clean. The receptionist also had good service.

Stayed here for my child's 1st birthday. And very satisfied and memorable. The staff is friendly. You can request a baby crib too, so you don't have to worry about your child falling out of bed. The food is also delicious and varied. Many facilities too, there is a kids corner, swimming pool, gym. The location is also good, want to play to Aeon not far. Overall, it's really good. Recommended to repeat 😍 Hopefully your fortune will be smooth so you can come back here again.

It started out well, but as the evening wore on, the AC leak got worse. We were eventually moved, but without checking the room, the bathroom door wouldn't close. Finally, at 11 PM, we had to move again. And after moving, it turned out the mini fridge was leaking, huhu. We were already tired and felt bad for bringing the kids, so we asked for an extra mat. Maybe next time, they could pay more attention, and the staff could improve their friendliness.

Overall, the hotel is quite comfortable with a swimming pool that can be used by children and adults. The room is also quite spacious for its class. For breakfast, there are rather few food variations in my opinion, for a 4-star hotel. Maybe it can be improved further. Thank you.
