The facilities and service are okay. However, the walls of my room had mold, probably due to the humidity. The bathroom sink also needs to be cleaned more. Otherwise, it's fine. Please pay more attention. Thank you.

The hotel staff is friendly, we got a room with a very beautiful view, but unfortunately the facilities need to be repaired, found mold in the bathroom, the shower leaked, we enjoyed the Ramada, we want to come back again, but hopefully they have improved.

The staff is friendly, but it's a shame the bathroom is poorly maintained. The glass partition in room 3135 is leaking. I wanted to complain after only staying for 2 nights. The room isn't airtight, the wind pressure from outside shook the glass on the balcony. The AC is very cold, and by the way, the shower gel is broken and won't press.

We had a great stay at the Ramada. The staff was nice. The room was okay, the pool was large, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. There was a mini playground and gym. The price was also very reasonable. It was worth it.

Overall, my stay here was incredibly comfortable. The service, the ambiance, the room, the food, and I felt like a VIP because the hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. Overall, it's simply the best, to the point where I can't even name one. Next time, I'll definitely be choosing the Ramada Hotel again, hehe.
