the water was left off as it approached check out time

The room was dirty and smelly. The bathroom also not maintained.

Resepsionisnya t0l0l, KTP saya hilang pada berdalih, padahal jelas ada CCTV dan parahnya tidak mau mengganti rugi atas kehilangan akibat keteledoran resepsionisnya. Kita customer jika ada barang hilang dihotel saja wajib mengganti rugi, sebaliknya tidak PARAH. Tolong Ownernya harus ditinggal karyawan yang teledor seperti itu.

It's not like a hotel but the price is just like a hotel. The AC is on but it's not cold but it's hot. The TV can't be used. I just checked it. It took less than 1 hour for the wife and children to complain that it was hot and couldn't make them feel at home. Hopefully the facilities will be repaired quickly.

Terlalu banyak minusnya untuk hotel budget 300k lebih, dari wc yang air closetnya harus diidupin manual biar bisa keisi sampe semprotanya yang rusak, terus dari resepsionis sampe depan kamar terlalu kotor dan sangat tidak tertata. Spreinya bau pesing, tv tidak hidup, tidak ada sabun atau odol, handuknya bau. Lantainya bocor, air minum yang disediakan hanya botol mineral kecil 2 buah. Kunci pintunya juga bermasalah.

Rooms are like boarding houses. AC is not cold enough. But the service is ok, the staff is friendly & very helpful.

I don't have a phone and the hot water sometimes turns on, sometimes it doesn't. The air conditioner is not cold, even though number 17 and my house's air conditioner are far away.

It's good to have the geprek for sale, so if you're hungry, just buy it

At first it was difficult to order via the application but the nice receptionist wanted to help. Good service, comfortable rooms, strategic location.

Well, it's better if an inn in the middle of the city helps.

Ribet banget dulu mah saya enak di situ sekarang mah gratis juga ogah gw nginep di situ tidak ada sopan-sopanya pemilik hotel nya.

The experience in room 1.05 was bad with AC. It's been left for more than 2 hours and it's still not cold. The water closet is a bit jammed. Even though these 2 facilities are really good.

The TV facilities are very blurry, there is no hot bath water. The service is not good.
