Resepsionisnya t0l0l, KTP saya hilang pada berdalih, padahal jelas ada CCTV dan parahnya tidak mau mengganti rugi atas kehilangan akibat keteledoran resepsionisnya. Kita customer jika ada barang hilang dihotel saja wajib mengganti rugi, sebaliknya tidak PARAH. Tolong Ownernya harus ditinggal karyawan yang teledor seperti itu.

It's not like a hotel but the price is just like a hotel. The AC is on but it's not cold but it's hot. The TV can't be used. I just checked it. It took less than 1 hour for the wife and children to complain that it was hot and couldn't make them feel at home. Hopefully the facilities will be repaired quickly.

Terlalu banyak minusnya untuk hotel budget 300k lebih, dari wc yang air closetnya harus diidupin manual biar bisa keisi sampe semprotanya yang rusak, terus dari resepsionis sampe depan kamar terlalu kotor dan sangat tidak tertata. Spreinya bau pesing, tv tidak hidup, tidak ada sabun atau odol, handuknya bau. Lantainya bocor, air minum yang disediakan hanya botol mineral kecil 2 buah. Kunci pintunya juga bermasalah.
