Very comfortable to spend the night with family.

Maybe we can rejuvenate inventory such as TVs, because new hotels already have smart TVs.

The staff was very helpful. They even upgraded our room, they're very accommodating. Would love to stay here again. Very worth it for the price that they offer

Breakfast is less varied, but everything is comfortable

my second stay in this hotel, the room was good, clean, and convenient, enjoy the breakfast and also the common space, except no lift and need to go up staircases to my room, however, the staff is always ready to help bring my suitcase to 2nd floor, will come and stay again next time

This hotel is perfect for a stay in Kuta. The hotel area offers a wide selection of food and souvenirs to take home. It's also conveniently located near the airport.

Exceed the customer's expectations. Just need to fix the leak of the toilet bidet in room 2508/2058.

the experience of being knocked on by someone who doesn't know and hearing the sound of a choir singing in the room at 3 am and feeling spooky in the hotel since entering the room 😢 where I checked in at 12 am because PSWT had just landed. but in the morning and afternoon it was safe and comfortable. The restaurant was delicious and comfortable, especially in front of the pool, it was refreshing in the morning when the morning sun was just right.

The service is very, very friendly, as soon as you arrive you are immediately given a welcome drink, the atmosphere is very calm, cool, I really recommend it.

The villa room is quite old, the private pool has to be filled when checking in, the check-in staff made many mistakes, the number that should have been entered was actually already filled. There were dead cockroaches in the bathroom and it hadn't been cleaned.

The pool was empty, even though I had ordered it as a wedding gift for my cousin. My cousin asked for it to be filled and left the key on the way out, but when I returned to the villa, it still hadn't been filled. I was incredibly disappointed. I was so embarrassed because it didn't match the photos. Please provide an honest review so you don't get disappointed like I did.

Excellent. Good service, good breakfast and good atmosphere.

The hotel staff was friendly (seemed new). Perhaps because we booked a superior room for only one night, we received a less than satisfactory room. 1. The Traveloka display didn't reflect the actual situation. 2. The doorbell didn't work, nor did the "makeup room" and "do not disturb" buttons. 3. The bathroom door wouldn't lock, and the toilet faucet couldn't be adjusted (the water pressure was too low). 4. There was a bathtub, but no base, which could easily cause slips. 5. The food tasted subpar.

Our stay at the Best Western Hotel Kuta was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always greeting us with a warm smile. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and had a very comfortable bed, which was perfect after a long day of exploring. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool area – it was the ideal spot to relax and unwind. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious local and international options. The hotel's location is also a huge plus, being just a short walk from the beach and local markets. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Kuta.

The room was spacious and the plunge pool was really fun. However, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet floor drain. It seemed like the floor drain was evaporating and slightly flooded, which caused the bad odor. But overall, I really enjoyed my stay there. Thank you!

In general, I like the Best Western Kuta Villa, because of its strategic location, close to the souvenir basket center, only 200 meters from the hotel, maybe the only thing lacking is the lighting in the room, the rest is okay, one of the hotel choices if I go to Bali again.
