The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a gallon of drinking water, spoons, forks, plates, bowls, a frying pan, a kettle, and a pot. Additional cutlery and cooking utensils are not provided, so if you feel you don't have enough, it's best to bring your own. There's an open rooftop space perfect for barbecues. The swimming pool consists of two pools: one cold-water pool suitable for refreshing swimming, and one hot-water soaking pool. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

The perfect place for healing with family and children. Parents can experience tranquility away from the noise, and children can enjoy outdoor activities in a cool environment.

This is our second time staying here. We had written in the note that we wanted 3 mats and working hot water, but they were not given. They were finally given after we asked, and it took a long time to arrive and the hot water didn't work. When we checked out, they checked and we were allowed to leave. After we were far away, we received a WhatsApp message that the soap bottle had been taken (by my husband, who thought it was mine and then put it in his bag). The problem is that I really objected to being asked to send the soap bottle package to them. They had checked it when we checked out, why didn't they inform me? As wrong as it was for my husband to bring in a soap bottle that was worth nothing and I didn't even use it, it was still very wrong for your staff who checked it when we checked out. They said it was safe, but it turned out something was forgotten. Not to mention, the bed in the twin bed room had a broken leg, so the bed was crooked. When we arrived at the hotel, we had time to eat at the restaurant, and we had to wait almost an hour for the food to be ready. The waitress really needed retraining because when asked: 'What kind of grilled fish is this?' He replied: 'I don't know, the chef knows what fish.' Asked: 'When will the food be ready?' Answered: 'At most soon...' with a grumpy face. Up to 3 times asked the same answer until I had to say: 'Ask the kitchen, don't keep answering at most soon.' It's a shame for a place that we thought we could come back to again and again, instead of improving the service, the quality has actually decreased. Sorry to have to review honestly at length, because your staff even WA me at length without thinking first.

The bedroom lacks ventilation. There's no air conditioning. The shower is small. The hot water is unstable. The room needs a lot of renovation.

A fun 3-day, 2-night vacation experience for our family, including ceramics making activities, the kids loved it. There are other equally exciting activity packages, such as tea lessons, trekking through the tea plantations to the waterfall, paragliding, and more. You can swim every day, and there's a 24-hour hot spring pool for relaxation. Oh yeah, we also got lots of discounts and vouchers. Thank you so much to Tea Garden and its staff.

The hotel is a bit isolated, and the entrance road is narrow. However, the hotel grounds are nice and comfortable.

T4 is great for healing and being alone from the crowds, with the concept of a house filled with leaves.

The access road was a bit rocky, but it was still safe because it wasn't too busy. The cottage is spacious, with a spacious living area for family gatherings. Some of the interior and exterior are a bit dated, but still in good condition. Access to the rooms and pool is via steps. Toothbrushes, soap, and towels are provided. It's clean, but the unfinished design and some of the materials are a bit dated, making it feel a bit less fresh. It's quiet, with lots of grassy areas and rice paddy views, perfect for relaxing, even though the weather wasn't too cold when I visited in July. There's a restaurant and herbal cafe, plus a cafe near the pool. As for the restaurant, as per previous reviews, the process is a bit slow, and the food isn't hot enough, but the taste and portions are just right. The service is friendly and polite. The "Angkang Teteh" (the "Angkang Teteh") are all great :) Right across from the hotel is a deer sanctuary and a tea plantation. It's a great place to bring kids. Overall, it's okay, considering the current price. Hopefully, the building can be upgraded to freshen things up and provide a more immersive resort experience! :)

The location and scenery are amazing, but the hotel needs to improve its hospitality management, especially during peak holiday seasons.

Some of the drawbacks of this accommodation are as follows: 1. Early check-in is not possible. There's a charge of around IDR 70,000 per hour for early check-in. 2. There's an additional fee for children over 8 years old. If the food is okay, the extra charge isn't a problem; this is an additional fee for accommodation. 3. The room smells, the towels are dirty and filthy. There's no ventilation in the room and no air conditioning. 4. The staff is unfriendly and takes a long time to respond to requests. 5. The swimming pool is dirty, with a simple shower area. 6. The breakfast food is very basic and tastes awful, not worth the price. 7. The location is far from the main road and only has room for one car. This is my first time staying at a resort, and the price isn't cheap, but I really didn't feel at home and wanted to leave quickly. Pros of this accommodation: - No

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the food was quite good, but the taste and variety could be improved. Food refills also need to be quicker. There was only one doormat in the room, which is not enough considering the hotel's large open space. Rather than threatening fines for using towels as doormats, it would be better to have more doormats.

The villa is modern, has a large yard, a calm and cool atmosphere, and is surrounded by rice fields and tea plantations. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is delicious and varied. There are also many restaurants outside the villa. Access to the villa is from a village road, which is large enough for one car, but is quite good. In front of the villa is a deer sanctuary with an entrance fee of 15,000 Rupiah. It is close to the D'Castelo and Sari Ater tourist areas. If you are looking for tranquility, this villa is perfect.

Far from the city center, the service is quite good. What made us uncomfortable was the excessive threat of fines posted everywhere in the room. We had to pay extra for parking without any additional amenities. I complained because we paid for additional amenities but weren't provided with towels, toiletries, etc. This place is suitable for small families; if you're with more than four people, I prefer a private villa. The food isn't very varied and feels tightly guarded. The pool's warm water isn't hot enough.

Cozy place to bring a big family

A hidden gem in the Ciater area. The road to the resort requires some effort. Breakfast is standard. It gets a bit stifling at night because it's all glass; ventilation should have been considered. It only cools down in the morning after opening the door. Otherwise, it's fine: clean rooms, a clean and well-maintained garden, and a swimming pool and wading pool.
