The villa itself was nice, and the service was excellent. It's a shame the bathroom wasn't clean, with lots of moss.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the service is great, but unfortunately there are no floor mats.

It's a bit dark at night, with poor lighting, making it look scary. The bathroom is full of ants and looks like it hasn't been cleaned often. The analog TV is so crooked that it's hard to watch. The bathroom doesn't have a water heater or a shower, making bathing a bit of a hassle. The price is a bit high, but the amenities don't match the price.

Everything is good, nice place, rooms alright but needs more cleaning. But an incident happened regarding our parked car. Somebody or something broke the front windshield, which is very expensive for an Xpander car. Security is clueless, and they do not own the mistake of carelessness at the parking. Very disappointing.

A highly recommended place to stay for families. It's far from the city, so the atmosphere is peaceful. There's a spacious garden in front of the villa so the kids can play freely. Breakfast wasn't great, and the lights in the room and bedroom are yellow, so it's a bit dim. There's no rice cooker provided; you have to bring your own or you can rent one on-site for 50,000 Rupiah per day. There are only two doormats in the villa (in front of the bathroom and in front of the first door), and additional ones are available for an additional fee. There's only a fan in the room, no air conditioning, but it's sufficient given the chilly surroundings. No oil or cooking spices are provided; only pots, pans, kettles, plates, cutlery, knives, a water gallon, and a refrigerator. There's a regular pool and a hot tub for soaking. The walk to the pool is also beautiful, with views of the surrounding rice fields. The staff are very helpful. We stayed during Eid, but the staff were always available to help with anything.

The hotel is actually nice, with a green atmosphere, but because there are lots of vines and trees, there are lots of animals and ants. There are two bedrooms that can accommodate four people, plus there's charging, you can cook, etc.

It's perfect for a staycation because it's far from the main road. It's a garden, so it's understandable that there are a lot of pests. Thank you.

A fun and very satisfying experience at the Tea Garden with the family. Recommended for families.

The hotel is comfortable, the service is quite good, the staff is friendly, household equipment is available, the location is quite affordable, if you are coming from Jakarta you have to be smart and take the main roads to get to the location, the sports facilities are quite complete although it needs to be added with a more fun gym facility.

As far as the eye can see, only green is visible, pleasing to the eye, fresh air, sun... The beauty of the city of Subang...

You have to rent a rice cooker. There's an additional fee for bringing children over 8 years old. Is this a family villa?

Overall, it's good, but I'm a little disappointed with the extra bed... It's a bit dirty and dusty, like my old mattress. I have trouble sleeping because of the smell, which makes me cough and have an itchy nose because I'm allergic to dust. Perhaps a better suggestion would be to replace the extra bed with a better one, not a mattress that can be rolled up like that. Thank you.

The rules are too strict, check out must be exactly at 12 o'clock, otherwise there will be an additional fee. Children over 8 years old are considered adults.

The entrance road is made of stones in the middle of a tea plantation. Hopefully it can be repaired soon. At least level it first, it will be great. The villa is cool, there is a chimney so you can burn it.

- The swimming pool was dirty, and my child came home itchy. - This hotel is actually in a pleasant, quiet, and cool location, although quite remote, but still easily accessible. - My unpleasant experience, like others, was related to the service, especially the receptionist. Whether this was standard operating procedure (SOP) or not, the point was that we felt uncomfortable. We felt like we were being spied on, being counted, even though we came in a normal number (three families with small children), renting two villas with two bedrooms each, and if we had more, we would have paid. Sure enough, they were constantly running around counting and sending messages about additional charges, like a threat.

This is actually good, the breakfast menu is varied. It's just that there are a lot of flies. There are only a few utensils in the kitchen, and if you want to use a rice cooker, you have to rent another 120,000 Rupiah. The iron bed makes a creaking sound when you move slightly, and the TV is still old-fashioned and has limited broadcasts because it's still analog.
