Dear Priscilla, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Room orders we received from Traveloka were only for 2 adults. At check-in we also asked how many people would be staying and it said 2 people. However, 4 people entered our villa. For reasons of guest comfort, our one bedroom also does not allow for additional extra beds. There are even questions about the size of the extra bed and the desire to set it up in the living room. Our staff only visits the villa to convey the maximum limit of guests who can stay and the limit of guest visiting hours. Sorry for the inconvenience. Dear Neva, We really regret that your stay at our villa was not pleasant because you were not careful in making room reservations. Your order one bedroom villa is only for 2 adults and 1 child under 12 years old. Sorry, for the comfort and convenience of guests, we cannot accommodate your desire to stay more than the provisions. We have also offered a choice of two bedroom villas, but you are not willing to pay the difference in price. We are sorry we can not accommodate 5 persons nor extra bed to the villa due to limited space and comfort of the room. Thank you for visiting us.
