This is a very good pet hotel. Staff and hotel owner are very friendly and enthusiastic with customers. The days I stayed here I was very comfortable and very secure when I gave my dog to the staff in the household, they were very enthusiastic, happy and very responsible. I am very satisfied with this hotel and will bring my whole family and dog back here many more times.

Best pet-friendly accommodation of all the places I've stayed in Georgetown. Excellent and attentive staff. Complimentary breakfast was tasty. Would definitely return for future vacays.

Staff are friendly and attentive. We were given a small room but still spacious enough for 2 kids and 2 adults. Room is clean and comfortable. Same goes for the bathroom. Breakfast is delicious and filling.
