Entering the hotel, the lobby was a bit hot and there were no sofas or chairs to wait for check-in, there were restaurant chairs next to it. Maybe there will be some later. Heading to the room, the corridor was hot and a bit less clean, maybe it just happened to be dusty compared to other Amaris. Sorry, just an honest review, maybe because many staff were fasting. In the room, the AC was not cold & the window cover was broken. But when I reported it, the staff was very quick. In the morning, the food had not been refilled or something, the restaurant staff seemed late or focused on sahur, even though it was still around 7, no one was on standby at the egg section, the soup broth was almost dry so it was salty. I wanted to extend but thought about it, in the end I got a nearby hotel with a more budget price and cooler. But for access and location, this is the best, maybe it can be improved like other Amaris branches. Overall, thank you for the friendliness of the staff etc.

This is the umpteenth time I have stayed here, and it is indeed easy to access strategic locations, especially government agencies in the center.

I originally planned to stay on January 1st, but it turned out to be fully booked because many people were still on vacation. I finally got a room the following week. And, as usual, the room was small, but adequate for those just coming to sleep before continuing their journey. Bonus: a direct view of Istiqlal and the two cathedral towers behind it.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. They responded very quickly when I asked for a change of sheets. The location is very close to Jakarta city and is also strategically close to public transportation. The breakfast is also very satisfying. My first time staying at this hotel made me want to stay there again.
