The hotel is quite comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. So far so good.

Check-in was at 11 pm and there were still staff to help with check-in. The room was quite spacious and clean.

Not recommended, yes... dirty, lots of small cockroaches... The food is not kid-friendly... There are also few menu choices for that price, it's too expensive... The AC in the parents' room is leaking, the sound is also really loud.

The floor and room smelled musty, and the AC looked like it had never been cleaned. There were lots of small cockroaches scurrying around the room.

It's fun, very easy to get anywhere, not far from the activities being done because it's very close, just walking is enough to get there.

The staff (Dwi) is friendly, serves well... the AC is cold, there is a Smart TV...
