Strategic location near the mall, near the main road, clean.

This Fave is the best location in Pluit, both in terms of access to the Muara Karang and PIK areas. It's especially suitable for people from Sumatra, especially those from Medan Lang.

The AC wasn't cooling. Changing rooms didn't work, and the AC wasn't cooling at all. They said the outdoor unit was having problems. So what's that got to do with me? Booked a room for 3 nights and paid in full. The facilities are not good at all.

The hotel is quite comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. So far so good.

Check-in was at 11 pm and there were still staff to help with check-in. The room was quite spacious and clean.

Not recommended, yes... dirty, lots of small cockroaches... The food is not kid-friendly... There are also few menu choices for that price, it's too expensive... The AC in the parents' room is leaking, the sound is also really loud.

The AC is not cold, only the fan is working.

Very comfortable and clean room

The floor and room smelled musty, and the AC looked like it had never been cleaned. There were lots of small cockroaches scurrying around the room.

It's fun, very easy to get anywhere, not far from the activities being done because it's very close, just walking is enough to get there.

The staff (Dwi) is friendly, serves well... the AC is cold, there is a Smart TV...

Good, good service, just a shame access from the parking lot is quite troublesome because the mall is undergoing renovations.

Room clean and smells good, maybe need to change the pillow, better give a more fluffy one.

A perfect hotel for a vacation. Spacious and clean rooms, excellent facilities, and friendly service. Children also felt comfortable during their stay. A pleasant and memorable experience.
