Check-in was around 10:30 PM WIB due to a flight delay. Got a room on the 3rd floor (room 308 to be exact). As soon as I entered, it felt hot and stuffy. I thought maybe the AC had just been turned on so it took a while. After taking a shower, it turned out the AC was still not cold and only blew out a little air. I had set the fan & it was minus 16°. Since it was already 1:30 AM WIB, it was impossible to ask for a room change or have the technician fix it because I happened to be alone. It turned out that until the next morning the AC was still not cold. Really disappointed my first time staying at the Fave Pluit Hotel Jakarta. The elevator also needs maintenance. Will not return to this hotel again.

The room wasn't soundproof, and other guests were very noisy. The bed wasn't clean either, and I was itchy all night. The result was a lack of sleep.

I hope there will be changes in the way breakfast is served, and the quality of the food and drinks will be checked. Thank you.

Okay for a 2-star hotel. But the mall is apparently closed. So it's quiet.

It's a shame the mall is closed. The hotel is an old building.

This Fave is the best location in Pluit, both in terms of access to the Muara Karang and PIK areas. It's especially suitable for people from Sumatra, especially those from Medan Lang.

The AC wasn't cooling. Changing rooms didn't work, and the AC wasn't cooling at all. They said the outdoor unit was having problems. So what's that got to do with me? Booked a room for 3 nights and paid in full. The facilities are not good at all.

The hotel is quite comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. So far so good.

Check-in was at 11 pm and there were still staff to help with check-in. The room was quite spacious and clean.

Not recommended, yes... dirty, lots of small cockroaches... The food is not kid-friendly... There are also few menu choices for that price, it's too expensive... The AC in the parents' room is leaking, the sound is also really loud.

The AC is not cold, only the fan is working.

Very comfortable and clean room

The floor and room smelled musty, and the AC looked like it had never been cleaned. There were lots of small cockroaches scurrying around the room.

It's fun, very easy to get anywhere, not far from the activities being done because it's very close, just walking is enough to get there.

The staff (Dwi) is friendly, serves well... the AC is cold, there is a Smart TV...
