I had booked and paid for three rooms from the 13th to the 14th. And one room from the 9th to the 16th. However, when I tried to check in for the three rooms on the 13th, it was very bad. The room I had already paid for was occupied by another guest. The hotel management was very poor. I even asked to be connected to Ms. Putri, the manager, but I couldn't. This hotel is very bad. I don't recommend it at all. If the manager refuses to contact me, I will share this bad experience with the media.

The room smells of cigarettes so it's uncomfortable... the towels are brownish and not clean.

It was satisfying to stay here even though it was only for 1 night, at night there are lots of food around the hotel so you won't be hungry, and in the morning there is car free day, it's cool to be able to go around and feel the atmosphere.

The bathroom walls are yellowish. There's no hot water.

The hotel's location is a plus. I booked 6 rooms for my family, and 4 of them smelled really bad, musty, and had a strong cigarette smell. The bathroom really needs renovation; it feels really dirty right now. There's bottled water in the room, which we used for brushing our teeth. When we were charged 18,000 Rupiah for the CO, the bottle tag wasn't attached (it must have come off, who knows).
