Overall was good, but the room and facilities can be improved.

The air conditioning leaked and wasn't cold enough. The air conditioning was poorly positioned, blowing directly onto the body. The extra bed was uncomfortable, hard, and small.

Always stay here during my family’s KL trip. Can accommodate a big family. Staff very helpful. Check-in and check-out very smooth. Have a free shuttle but only 1 time a day, would be better if there were more times. The only downside is the breakfast, not too much variety and taste wise so-so.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is friendly. It's within walking distance to Alor and Bukit Bintang. Next time I go to KL, I'll definitely stay here.

The apartment was so spacious, clean, and neat. The check-in time was also quite flexible, we arrived at around 13.15 PM and proceeded to check in, 13.30 we could already enter the room.

I have stayed at this hotel every year-end when I bring my family on a road trip to Kuala Lumpur, which makes this experience even more disappointing. We stayed as 4 persons in a 2-room suite. The 4 bottles of drinking water were delivered by room service, and when I requested additional water, the room service staff informed me that they were instructed by the receptionist to provide only 4 bottles per day. This is unreasonable for the number of guests staying in the suite. The breakfast service was extremely disappointing and poorly managed. At 08:50 hrs, we ordered plain rice. The staff confirmed the order and asked us to wait 20 minutes. After 25 minutes, we followed up and were told to wait another 5 minutes. However, at 09:50 hrs, after almost one hour of waiting, we were informed that plain rice was not available. If we had been informed at 08:50 hrs that plain rice was unavailable, we would have made alternative arrangements. Making guests wait for nearly an hour only to give a negative answer shows poor communication and a lack of respect for guests’ time. Overall, this experience was ridiculous and unacceptable. I will not recommend staying at this hotel and will never return, despite the fact that it is under Pan Pacific management.

We had a good 3 days 2 nights stay at this service suite and the services were all good. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The hotel is located strategically near the city centre, a merely 10 mins walk to Pavilion Bukit Bintang Shopping mall!

Check-in took a while as hotel staff was unable to find my booking, but after a few minutes, it was resolved after checking with the app staff. The room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping staff is friendly and prompt with our requests. Will stay again if I come to KL for a holiday.

Rooms are clean and spacious! The living room was great and big, but unfortunately, the air conditioner was a little bit smelly on the 1st day, but after all, super good! Will come back soon.

Everything is perfect from the beginning. Nice and helpful staff starting from the bellboy to the receptionist. The room is bigger for 2 people, like a studio unit minus the washing machine. Everything is clean. Will stay again next time.
