Clean room, good location and price

A comfortable and clean place, close to all facilities, close to Joger Bali, friendly service, delicious restaurant food, clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful views.

On the second day of the extension, I informed the receptionist to clean the room and refill everything in the bathroom. The front desk staff only noted the information but didn't pass it on to the staff. The soap wasn't refilled, and the toilet paper wasn't refilled. The water in the electric kettle was left over from yesterday and wasn't cleaned, so it still had water in it. Management should pay attention to the performance of the front desk and staff so that customers receive the amenities they deserve.

Friendly hotel staff, roadside location, clean comfortable room, clean bathroom, fragrant and well-maintained room atmosphere, full soap and shampoo. No hair dryer. The sink drains slowly/clogged. The sink faucet needs to be replaced so it doesn't drag. Hot water is not hot enough and runs out quickly. Only 1 trash can. Only 1 doormat. TV signal is bad so can't watch YouTube. Only 2 power outlets in the room. The phone is dead/not working. Only 2 pillows (double bed room). The curtains are not blackout, it is very bright in the morning. There is no cupboard to store valuables. Parking is difficult.

The staff are friendly and very comfortable

This was my second stay with my extended family. My wife and kids loved it and will definitely be staying at Alron again next time. The price is well worth it. 4-star quality for a 2/3-star price. The breakfast menu is quite varied, but the taste needs to be improved. Thanks, Alron.

The hotel's location is strategic, allowing for morning walks to Kuta Beach, the art market, and the traditional market. A further walk leads to Kuta's shops. The food is quite good, but the variety is limited. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
