Amazing staff, gorgeous grounds. Booked a garden view room and was upgraded to a garden view suite. Loved every minute!!!

This was our 4th trip to the Rosewood Baha Mar in the last 5 years. The staff has been consistently amazing, and remember us without the aide of CRM. It is the perfect getaway with a flight time from NYC that is manageable, and a proximity to the airport that, all in has us from Newark to poolside in under 3.5 hours. Perfection

The front desk staff was amazing. The concierge were sometimes incredible and other times felt like I was talking to a bot - they would reply to one question but ignore the others. The restaurant staff were great. The poolside service was slow and frustrating. Rooms were beautiful.

Beautiful property ..check in was great . Biggest complaint is the butler service. They dont delieve on anything other than somethimg routine that you could easily do yourself. Probably better off booking through amex and get their amenities guatenteed instead of a suite with butler service.

While your staff was incredibly nice, the service was not what may be expected from a hotel of this caliber. We had countless issues with in-room dining and house keeping services. Your staff wasn’t rude but the service was not exactly good either. We often had cold meals, long waiting times, missing items, days without house keeping services etc all while we kept calling the guest experiences line… I’ve stayed in rosewoods and four seasons all over the world and had expected better from Rosewood Baha Mar. There were a couple of exceptional people like Mohammed the Assistant Director of Rooms who helped us out when our son ran into a table and cut his head. He was incredible which is the standard I had expected from the Rosewood Baha Mar. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the rooms comfortable!

I rarely leave reviews but this stay was SO DISAPPOINTING I feel compelled to. From arrival to checkout, staff were uninterested and unhelpful, even rude at times. Our room was not ready until 430 PM (after early check-in requested 1 week prior). I was never texted or notified that our room was even ready, had to go to front desk to check for myself after waiting for 2 hours. Then once we got to the room, the key wrist bands did not work. Had to go back to front desk to have them fixed. NO apology from front desk for that inconvenience. iPad in room not working so unable to use that to look at menus/maps/order room service throughout stay. Lightbulbs burnt out on our patio, so completely dark at night. Lightbulbs never changed throughout stay. No turn down service at night except the last night when they had failed to clean our room during the day despite the cleaning light being on. Called for bottled water to be delivered at 1030PM since it has not been replenished due to NO turn down service, waters never came. Live music at Manor Bar until midnight, could hear it LOUD and CLEAR in our room on the 7th floor. Food/drinks extremely slow delivery time at pool, waited >45 minutes for anything. No apology ever for the long waiting time. This hotel is NOT up to rosewood standards, AT ALL. I've stayed at many Rosewoods and the service is always exceptional so this was extremely disappointing. We will not be returning. Save your money and stay at the Hyatt if going to Baha Mar.

It’s amazing plase for relaxing with family

My wife and I returned today from Rosewood. Beautiful property and great service. Our only issue was the extreme cost of food and alcohol. We were fully expecting to pay resort prices but they have taken it to a whole different level. While there we chatted with other guests and they had the same complaint. Not sure we will return.

Property is just ok for what you would expect from a Rosewood. Certainly not exceptional. Had a hard time booking, getting concierge to follow up as in they did not on 2 occasions. Probably better places to stay for the price.

Lovely property. Spa was average due to lack of any amenities. No shower, sauna, hot tub. Able to use the neighboring Hyatt for the day but requires a walk. Rosewood pools were very nice, nearly empty. Beach was ok.

Came for a weekend getaway. Sadly, I had cash stolen from my bag while it was with the bellhop. Do NOT leave any cash unattended at this property. When these things happen, there is no evidence and the hotel will not accept responsibility, which I understand. Still, I had to spend several hours of my weekend speaking with various hotel staff and security personnel about the issue. The whole experience left a bitter taste to an otherwise nice trip, and it's sad to see that it's a recurring problem here.

Beautiful place with a lot of great amenities and the staff were all wonderful. Definitely a great place to stay and relax, eat/drink and have a good time.
