It was a great property, lovely service as well.

The room did smell bad, but opening the window would allow all the noise from AC units to disturb... I booked a Cathedral view room and got a back-yard one... Won't go back ever! Room AC is extreme loud. Bathroom door trims are rotten. I have photos... All in all it was a terrible experience....

This hotel is a real gem in Sofia. High quality, excellent service, wonderful restaurant. Everything is just perfect! I strongly recommend if staying here, choosing the rooms with cathedral view.

There was no place near the couch to relax your feet and I just need it a comfortable spot to put my feet up on a little table but somebody (the manager)asked me to place them down?!…

The hotel is nice, but doesn't provide a 5 service. It was clean, staff were helpful and the location is great. However, amenities were lacking, water pressure was poor and there is only one elevator to serve too many rooms. Also, breakfast is overpriced.

Great stay great location , was a slow check in. Great breakfast Buffet and al lacarte. Awesome spa (no pool but great sauna and steam room and fantastic massge - asd for Greta) Carpets in room could use a clean - other than that very please with the hotel.

We were welcomed esrly inton the hotel and got entry to our room a few hours before official check in time, we received a complimentary upgrade which made our stay even better, room was very comfortable and spacious, easy ealk into the town centre (10mins max) lovely park next to hotel at national football stadium, would stay here again and again
