The room is nice, clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. But the breakfast is not good and expensive.

Very nice ocean view. It's generally quiet but sometimes you can hear the neighbors. Not possible to exchange us dollars.

It's near the fancy mall. It has beautiful Chinese style afternoon tea. Room bit small.

Beautiful property. Excellent staff. Even though there was a language barrier all the staff had translator apps so we could easily communicate. We had a beautiful view over the water and the light show was fantastic! Really lovely hotel

We stayed for 3 nights. We loved everything that the hotel provided. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent services received as a genuine 5 Star Hotel internationally. Great location, amazing sea view and city skyline from our suite.We very much enjoyed the day and night view during our stay.

Nice location. Hot springs, pool, and nice food options. Some staff knew English which was nice.

My friends and I decided that this was our favorite hotel. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and were given VIP services. The customer service here was top notch! The breakfast buffet had lots of western choices and an omelette bar. I am hoping I have an opportunity to go again.

We stayed here for 2 nights before heading down to Sanya. The reception girl was really nice and upgraded us to the executive suite~~ amazing view and the suite was huuuuuge with even a Sauna room in it. The hotel was kept sparkling clean with modern decor. The room service menu can be a bit expensive but the taste was really good. Highly recommend and would stay again when I visit Haikou in the future.

Being new hotel, there are no amenities nearby. Only 1 run down 24-hr convenient store

Great hotel, excellent staff , everything was great. Restaurant are great in terms of quality and view , this hotel is worth to stay in, we will be back!

新しいホテルで想像以上に素晴らしいホテルであった。施設も充実。しかし周辺のホテルの価格から検討するともう少し安くても良いのでは？
