This was one of, if not the finest of hotel experiences I've had to date. Living in NYC and having traveled to many cities around the world, I don't believe I've ever encountered a property that was as beautiful and well-maintained as Heron Hotel, nor a staff that strikes the perfect balance of local warmth and exceptional professionalism. My wife and I absolutely fell in love with the hotel's setting and the views from our room; it was very difficult to leave, even after we extended our stay. Congratulations to everyone involved with Heron Hotel on delivering a top-notch, luxury resort experience! We will definitely return. Wspaniale, dziekuje bardzo! Dobra robota!

I stayed for two nights and absolutely loved it. Quality and service was outstanding and location and facilities great.

Excellent hotel in a spectacular setting. Room had wonderful view of lake and sunsets. Restaurant and service top notch. A small niggle about lack of bar / snack service in sitting area and on terraces.

Clean, comfortable room with lovely view over the lake. Real coffee machine, mini bar and a/c in rooms, which are real plus points from me. Can't really fault the accommodation in any way. The food was delicious and the restaurant very nice with a pleasant relaxing atmosphere. The sparkling jewels in this hotels crown however are the restaurant staff. They are friendly, attentive, welcoming, hard working and professional. I haven't had better service anywhere, ever! They are a real credit to the hotel and most worthy of a mention. It is expensive but no more so than any other 5 star hotel. Recommended.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. All staff were extremely kind, the room was well arranged, everything worked well. The breakfast is amazing, with a plentiful selection, and a good few extra nice touches. The spa is also beautiful. As well as the hotel’s setting and surrounding. 100% recommended. We will surely be back!
