Friendly and helpful staff, I felt welcomed once I arrived.

I loved the friendly and very welcoming atmosphere as soon as I walked into the property. The staff is very helpful and always pay close attention to detail. I also enjoyed the food on the second floor, breakfast was fair priced although there are many options for food within the area. Overall, I highly recommend Ibis Medellin.

Quiero agradecer profundamente a todo el equipo del hotel por el excelente trato que recibí durante mi estadía en Colombia. Todos fueron sumamente amables, atentos y humanos conmigo. Desde el momento en que les comuniqué que estaba en recuperación post operatoria y que se me dificultaba bajar a buscar comida, tuvieron un cuidado increíble conmigo. Me llevaban la comida hasta la habitación, preguntaban constantemente cómo me sentía y siempre estuvieron pendientes de mi bienestar. Me siento muy agradecida y encantada con toda la experiencia. La atención, el servicio, la comida y el trato hicieron que mi recuperación fuera mucho más cómoda y agradable. Sin duda volvería nuevamente. ¡Gracias por hacerme sentir cuidada y en casa!

Muy buena ubicación, instalaciones muy buenas. La única mala xperiencia que empañó nuestra estadía, fue que en 2 de las 4 habitaciones reservadas, se nos perdió dinero y no han dado respuesta de ello. Saludos,

Comfortable beds, nice room, delicious breakfast and grea staff. Property is right next to the Museum of Modern Art and has lots of nice restaurants nearby. Also much closer to other tourist attractions than if you stayed at El Poblado. I would stay here again, for sure and I can recommend this place to others

I was very happy with my stay, especially since it was a central location with many restaurants and food stands around. All of our tours had a meeting spot at El parque del poblado and we had a 20min walk. It was safe and walkable. There is a restaurant or bar in the hotel and I loved that they had a filtered water machine, but they don’t have many amenities. The rooms were clean but a bit small. The hotel staff were great and they always helped us with finding a safe taxi or a driver. The lady who cleaned the rooms was so nice and sweet. I would come back.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, there is a safe, hotel was safe, staff was very friendly and helpful.

My second time in this hotel and love the fact that is centrally located. Will definitely recommend it.
