Very central location, built directly above a parking garage. Certain items in the common areas as well as in the rooms show significant wear and tear.

Very nice staff ; the studio at the 9th floor had a great view and big size (area with sofa/mini kitchen - microwave, sink, tea/coffee maker, a tv and second area with bed and another tv). Bad smell in the bathroom coming from the pipes + bathroom state a bit "tired", but I informed the staff who was very reactive. Great breakfast with many options + fresh raw vegetables. Will definitely stay there again !

A great hotel in a perfect location. The bathroom offers no privacy, should replace to full doors for guests comfort.

Proximity to amenities shopping buses

Complicated long transition from room to breakfast etc multiple lifts with long waiting Room had many poorly fitted and finished items. Bed not comfortable with one budget as mall pillow. Previous guests soap bar in shower dish. Shower very poor flow. Air on not working.could go on… but too many to mention

The hotel is fine, but getting in is a bit of a maze. We also received an email the day before telling us we could park on site and they would validate our parking. We came to leave to get parking validated and they said they didn't do that, we have to pay. The fact I had an email from them saying otherwise didn't seem to matter and they showed no concern this email gets sent as standard and had no interest when I suggested changing it. Parking is 17 eu re o a day so not cheap, and I would have parked elsewhere otherwise. We came back from being out on day 2 to find the cleaner had been but had left the door ajar all day, luckily nothing was stolen. I'm sure this isn't common, but wasn't great.

The hotel is on the 2nd floor of a shopping complex. The lifts and escalators were not working but rather than informing guests of alternative access they left it to guests to figure out. This route was filthy. Breakfast in the venue was cancelled and held in an adjoining hotel but this information was not given at check in. Poor communication at a hotel I’ve previously stayed at before a couple of times with no drama.

No major issues just staff wasn’t as friendly as could be

Check in was very slow and took a long time as they were apparently having system issues. They took my payment twice in the first two days and then again a few days later and although they apologised and said it was an error I am still trying to get a refund for the overpayments some 2 weeks later!

Very helpful staff. A nice, good value hotel

Slightly different stay this time due to Corona, but very clean and efficient. Great location in the middle of Hasselt, with good parking facilities.

Lovely hotel

I did t actually stay here as the hotel was unexpectedly ‘full’ due to ‘annual cleaning’ so I was moved next door to the Radisson Blu. The receptionist explained this would result in a ‘better room’ but from memory of my last stay at Park Inn, the room in the Radisson Blu was a lower standard. The carpet had stains, I had 2 single beds when I requested a queen, one of the bedside lights did not work and the advertised English TV channels did not work.

Good location, personal friendly, breakfast bit poor

Staying at Park Inn was a lovely experience. Everything is clean. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast has a good selection. All the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Michael assisting us after we had flight delays and lost luggage to deal with.
