Very Clean and close to everything . We stayed for 2 days with family and they have sister hotel where we can use pool / hot tub and spa . Will definitely come back and stay at Sibu

We had a very nice visit the 4 days we stayed. We booked 3 large rooms with Expedia with much better pricing than directly from hotel. The place is charming and peaceful. The cleaning is not consistent and they don’t have enough white towels as I was told to provide everyday. The front desk Diego and Francisco can improve customer service skills. Francisco specially was not very pleasant. I also tried to booked with him for August for an upcoming visit with family and parents but he told me he could not offer rooms or pricing because it was 2 months in advanced. I could easily book on Expedia. Francisco needs some customer service skills.

Lovely hotel. Beautifully maintained. Top notch restaurant. Great shower and comfortable beds. We’re really happy we chose this stay.

Great place, great staff and nice food options

Room was clean, Staff were super. Food was good. Missed the hot tub - never saw it. One minor suggestion would be to install even the smallest of space heaters into the rooms to help take the chill and dampness out on those cool nights and mornings. It was about 15C during our visit.

Sibu Boutigue Hotel upgrated us when we arrived to hotel. We stayed a Hotel and Spa Poco a Poco, was very nice hotel, very clean and friendly staff. We used the gym, jacuzzi and swiming pool. We were happy with the hotel stay.

Staff were very pleasant. Room was clean, but a little small. Offsite sister property with great pool area. Breakfast was great.

Very beautiful gardens and different sitting areas and a spectacular rooftop view! Nice amenities and friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast! Very comfortable!. Easy free parking! Thank you, Sibu! We hope to be back!

Everything is perfect in this hotel, beautiful place

Fabulous hotel with great staff and excellent restaurant. Room was very nice and spotless. The bed and bedding was excellent. The breakfast was excellent and the Capiwo Beef Tenderloin is the best tenderloin in all of Costa Rica. The grounds of Sibu were well maintained and very attractive. The location is convenient on a paved road.

Pancake was not soft rather dried out and imlett wasn’t warm either! Options were limited

We loved everything about our stay at Sibu Boutique hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel is very well maintained and thoughtfully designed. Monteverde can be very windy, however we had a finished balcony that was protected from the wind by glass, so it was easy to enjoy the outdoor space despite weather conditions. The restaurant was excellent, with a cooked to order breakfast included in your stay. Also included were beer, wine, drinks and snacks in our room. Literally everything we needed was taken care of.
