Clean room

Check-in was simple and efficient and we were quickly settled in. Rooms were very comfortable and both had air-con, which made the stop so much better. Pool and sunbeds provided were a really nice touch and made for a very relaxing 'slob' day before returning home. Balcony was well equipped with four chairs and a drying maiden for any towels. Bathroom was functional and the shower worked very well.

Everything was perfect. We had a great stay. Ivana was so helpful and friendly.

Property in newer area away from old city. Has excellent parking. Swimming pool. Friendly. Easy to get around using Uber.

Clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped - everything for our family 5-night stay. Kitchen area was equipped with kettle, coffee maker, microwave and electric hob. Crockery and utensils also provided. Seating inside and out for 4. Bathroom with shower was spotlessly clean. Easy parking provided.

We were bumped from a Ryanair flight early sunday morning so last minute booking. Ive been to Zadar regularly and not been to this area . Great area and our welcome from the host was just what we needed

We had an amazing time at Villa Gravic! We had late a late incoming flight and I was worried about being able to check in, but Ivana assured me from Day 1 that it would not be an issue and it wasn’t! My kids enjoyed the pool and the room was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s only 10 minutes away from Old Town, so getting to and from places was quick and easy!

Ivana was very helpful from the moment we arrived to the morning we left. She even called to the room to say goodbye as she wouldn’t be around when we checked out. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Nicely located near the water so only a 5-10 minute walk to go for swim. If you have a car nice location to travel from also.

One of the cleanest places we ever stayed. Located in a quiet area. No parties around. The pool is open until 9 pm. Could ad smart tv's. Excellent parking. Highly recommend it for a quite family holiday.

Ivana was lovely she messaged me before we travelled and was always on hand for any problems or concerns. She made us feel that we really valued. The apartment and pool area were spotless and the beds really comfy. The only downside was the unsightly and at times noisy building work happening opposite the villa.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is located within walking distance of the shore and a bus which goes downtown. The only problem we had was that the air conditioning in our room was not working during our stay; the room was pretty warm at night.

The property was great. The kitchen was lovely. The balcony was icing on the cake.

What really made our stay so excellent was the owner, Ivana. She messaged us a week before our stay, introducing herself, asking if we needed any further information and also asking what time our expected arrival was. When we told her what time our flight arrived, she informed us that she would have the room ready for us 3 hours before the check-in time. This was great as it allowed us to drop our cases and belongings to the apartment and we were able to get out and enjoy the rest of our day. She also gave us some very useful info on the public transport options to get from the airport to the apartment. When we checked in she showed us a map of the town and pointed out some nice spots for food or drinks. She asked us if we were planning on doing some sightseeing or going on any excursions and then gave us some brochures with lots of details on the options available. She couldn't have done more for us and we will definitely return if we are ever in Zadar again!

Great clean apartment wont get better

The lady was so nice and helped us with our laundry. Amazing view spacious rooms. Our only complaints was we couldn’t go for a morning swim until to late due to rules

Lovely, clean apartment. Manager couldn’t do enough for us! Offer to put food in our room as we arrived late, arranged our transfers and as it wasn’t peak season let us keep the room til 7pm on check out day!

Really enjoyed our stay at Villa Gravic! The owner was fantastic and so helpful in giving us recommendations for attractions, excursions and trips to take. And her recommendations for restaurants with special dietary requirements was invaluable! The apartment was lovely and spacious and clean located close to the beach. Would definitely recommend Villa Gravic!
