Didn’t even end up staying. Staff completely unhelpful. Thermostat was stuck on 77°F/25C after it was already extremely hot out.

Great hotel for being close to the airport. Shuttle service was efficient and the staff super nice. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was excellent.

I could not possibly have asked for a better stay. The staff were all so professional, friendly, helpful and competent that I literally wanted for nothing at all. They all went far above and beyond what I have seen at any hotel where I have ever stayed, and that is truly saying something since my wife and I travel regularly across the United States and Europe. The food in their restaurant was excellent and very reasonably priced. Christina is an exceptional chef and her grilled pork loin and filet mignon rival any that I have ever eaten, even in expensive US steakhouses (think Ruth’s Chris or Flemings). A beautiful stay and would not hesitate to stay there again. Special thanks also to Surgeon and Marta for their outstanding efforts!

Les matelas étaient très durs. Le lit queen avait deux couvertures simples plutôt qu’une queen. Mon mari de 6 pieds a eu les pieds à l’air toute le nuit. Le petit déjeuner était très simple. Le personnel à l’accueil était très serviable.

The exterior of the building gave us pause upon driving up, but the hotel room was very nice and spacious for our quick overnight before an early am flight. The hotel offered us a free pickup & dropoff to the airport a quick 6 min drive away. We also grabbed a late night dinner at the on-site restaurant and the food was good w big portions. We sched a wake-up call to make sure we didn’t oversleep, and although we never got the call, the staff made sure they saw our lights on in our room at the appropriate time. Staff was very on top of their game, anticipating our needs before we even needed to ask!

The room was clean and even had tea making facilities which was a nice addition. The staff were also very helpful. We didn't have breakfast because we left early but we did have dinner. Mine (which if I remember correctly, was rice) was lovely but my husband's schnitzel was very tough so he couldn't eat it.

Clean and free shuttle. However, we tried to eat there but they said they only “serve guests” so my family was unable to eat after dropping me off to go back the US inside the hotel which is unheard of. Won’t be going back.

Our airport shuttle was included in the room charge which was nice.

If you don’t mind paying to stay at a homeless shelter than this is the place. I don’t believe the reviews are from actual customers,

We do recommend this hotel as it is close to the airport and the reception was great. Madea was wonderful with us, nice personality. She answered all our questions and even went beyond the room service to accommodate us. Thank you Madea.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Wake up calls and airport transportation included. This is a definite stay for travelers that have early morning flights from ZAG.

Speedy shuttle service, very friendly and communicative

The reception was wonderful, my meal was maybe the best one I had while in Croatia! Compliments to the female cook. My room was tidy and quiet. I loved the free shuttle to and from airport! I would definitely stay again. However, with that said I do have 2 suggestions for the hotel. Get rid of the antiquated hair dryer system and buy ones that just plug in. It is ineffective at best and is too hot to hold on to. I haven't seen these since the 70's. Secondly, the shuttle driver said "I will help you" then wheeled my suitcase away and left me to carry my rather large heavy bag from the drive into hotel 😆 this wasn't helpful at all! It was comical to me especially with a broken foot. He wasn't to be bothered I guess. I do recommend this hotel absolutely, just plan extra time if you need to dry your hair, and use a towel to protect your hand from burning 😉

The staff was very friendly and we liked the airport shuttle service. It was within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bus station. And very quiet despite proximity to airport.

Room small but clean, friendly staff. Breakfast passable but items had been sitting for awhile by 7:45am
