Line and you will get the entrance password for the building and the room. I was in the room for 3 (1st floor), it was spacious enough with stable wifi. The cleanliness is not so good (they will only clean the room every 3 days and you have to tell the manager via Line). No windows. There are towels, soap, shampoo and hair dryer for you.
