I want a refund!
Manager refused to refund.
Why:
1) unwashed sheets. Hair on the bed.
2) incredibly noisy. Unable to sleep.
I left as soon as checked in.
I'm appaled and disappointed that the owner did not give me a refund. Especially as he said he was looking for new customers!
The price I paid for two nights 155 $ is more than I pay in London.
What a rip off.
I am disappointed with this booking.
It is unfair that customers are decieved.
The advertisements do not mention dirty sheets or noisy rooms.
Hotels.Com, I urge you to help give me a refund.
