The reception lady was very fast and helpful. She provided clear instructions on how to get to the parking for our car. Our room was of excellent quality and cleanliness. The extra bed for our daughter that we asked for was a real bed with a headboard and proper bedding.

For a few seconds, upon entering my room, I thought it was a little ordinary. But then I started to notice all the details. The wooden ceiling beams, the exposed brick wall, the painted panel on the ceiling, the textured wall paper, the lovely paintings. Lovely room, elegant and comfortable. The hotel was super friendly. The included breakfast was very nice, with omelettes cooked to order. The location was convenient. A short walk to the main train station and also the lake and many attractions. I was very happy with my choice.

Friendly staff & great breakfast as always

Pretty cosy, and was satisfied with the compliments at the hotel, the front desk staff at the hotel is very kind and nice, the breakfast is beyone my expectation.

This hotel is conveniently close to the train station, about 10min walk. I have difficulty walking sometimes, so the location of this hotel was wonderful and useful when we explored outside the city. The hotel is also very close to major department stores (Manor & Globus) and many other shopping options within a short walking distance. It is about 15min walk to the Old Town and all the quaint shops & restaurants located in the hilly maze of streets. Geneva's Jet d'Eau and Lake Geneva was easy to see after a 15-20min walk from the hotel. Every member of the hotel staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful and our room was cleaned daily. I was disappointed by the lack of a hotpot for tea or instant coffee in the room, but we found tea & coffee offered outside our room in a common hall. Fresh fruit was offered daily at the front desk. We did not have breakfast during our stay, but it looked wonderful. I highly recommended this hotel.

Exceptional hotel. Extremely helpful staff. The room was very clean and bathroom / bedroom linen was of a high quality. Hard to fault this hotel. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay! Only downfall was parking. Construction on the lot near them is obviously not their fault, but it would’ve been nice to have been offered a shuttle to parking. Quite a walk in a city I did not know.

Very good but we couldn't sleep due to a construction that is in front of the hotel. A lot of noise.

Excellent staff and good value make this a worthwhile consideration for central Geneva.

The air conditioning in the room was not effective. A very undersized unit for the size of room we had.
