My Points

Housecleaning needs to step up a notch.  They did not clean used glasses properly.

But the tv in suite room was not working .
This is my third stay in the hotel and both the times the television in the suite room was not working . Once is alright but both the time I was given a suite room with a faulty television set . I felt bad .
