Didn’t realize how small the room was it was comfortable enough but a bit too small

Comfortable - shower was great. Basement rooms have a slight rumble from the trains, didn't bother me. AC was a bit feeble in the mid summer heat. Worth the money.

The purpose of your stay will determine how good this hotel is for you. If you are doing a short stay as a single person and want to save money, do it. Otherwise, it’ll be very uncomfortable for anyone else. The rooms are tiny, the ac worked half the time, there wasn’t much room to store stuff, and the tiny sink made doing hair/makeup nearly impossible.

Great location and very quiet area staff nice and polite . My main problem was the double room was extremely small . Would suit having a single bed instead of the double bed I had. I would sacrifice the double bed for more room as I was on my own .

Great stay, great location!

It’s in a decent central location and check in was quick and easy. The room was clean with a comfy bed and big TV with good range of channels. It’s a very compact room but no issue for me as I was on my own. The room had air-con but it was very weak, and with no windows / other ventilation it made it difficult to sleep. The shower was good pressure but the water had an odd smell which wasn’t pleasant.

Convenient to bus, metro

The staff were absolutely exceptional. Nothing too much trouble, friendly, welcoming, keen to help.

Hotel is great, rooms are tiny but functional. Unfortunately the air-conditioning was dysfunctional, and as a results the room was like a sauna. That said I'd still use the hotel again if I was on a budget.

Cozy, clean, and well located!

Amazing Staff. Small room but quiet and accessible to all main UK destinations

Simple rooms with all necessary amenities. I appreciated the tea/coffee/water set up, it was great. However, I was put in a stuffy basement room which shook every time a train passed on the Northern line. It was loud and uncomfortable.

The entire non-smoking hotel reeks of smoke. The carpets throughout are filthy. The bed was very uncomfortable and there was no top sheet so you had to sleep with the hotel comforter directly on you. The floor in my room had soft spots from prior water intrusion from the bathroom.

Nice hotel, but slightly compact room

Lovely room

I like this hotel and have stayed before. Just make sure you don't get room 017 as it's next to the cleaning storage and the cleaners started at 6.30am banging around. I was compensated with a complementary breakfast though.

Small (lots of OK) .. Hot (not ok) lots of tube noise (not ok)
