I was hosting my mother from Vietnam, so I booked a room here. The location is very close to the airport. Everything was pretty good.

Very spacious and have both bath tubs and shower cubicle. Very convenient to go to airport and the hotel provided 1-way transport to the airport.

We stayed here during our layover otw to Jakarta. The staff was helpful to order a taxi (twice, as the first one left us; completely our mistake). Our room was super spacious with two larger single beds. The bathroom was also super big. All in all, it was a recharging stay there. Will definitely go back.

The hotel is located close to Taoyuan Airport, and the friendly and helpful staff are happy to help arrange taxis. A free shuttle service to the airport is also provided.

Great location and close to the airport. There’s also a shuttle bus from the hotel, but only free for adults. There’s an extra fee for children if they take the shuttle. But overall, we love to stay in this hotel.

the shower area leaks out ... other than that, it is ok, hope the hotel can arrange later shuttles from airport to hotel.

the room was comfortable eventhough we used it for a transit overnight but wish the airport had a later free shuttle, after 8.50pm. There was a delay in our flight so we missed this last bus shuttle to the hotel.

Convenient location to the Tao Yuan International Airport. The hotel provides hourly shuttle from hotel to airport for free. Front desk service was professional and efficient. Room was clean, large, comfortable and complete with amenities.

The hotel is 10 mins away from the airport which is nearby Sheraton hotel. The room is spacious with 2 King Beds. The receptionist is very helpful. There is also free shuttle from 4:50am onwards.

the hotel was luxurious...unfortunately the wall was not soundproof, so we could hear the sound from next door and it's very annoying!

This hotel requested for a deposit before we can check in beside the full amount which had already been settled in full through app. They assured us the amount would be refunded to us when we checked out from the hotel. I gave them my other credit card and they charged my card for the deposit required. When we checked out I requested for the refund however they told me that they already cancelled or reversed back the transaction and there was nothing to worry about. However when I got my credit card statement 10 days later I was shocked to find out that my card had been charged contrary to what the hotel told us.
