Best hotel I’ve stayed at during my entire trip in Japan. It's a 5-7mins walk from the station, super close to a mall, konbini, food place & everything. The room is quite spacious unlike other hotels in Japan, the service was great—I sent my luggage to Takayama @ 11pm and the staff is very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very convenient, the location is very strategic

Excellent service. Wife lost necklace at an earlier stay at the other hotel Vischio Kyoto. Their staff reached back to our earlier hotel and found the necklace. Also, after hotel check out in the morning, they were able to help keep our cheesecake refrigerated till we returned later in the evening to collect luggage.

It is a good hotel, located near shopping and restaurants. It may not be located near the train or JR station, but it is within walking distance. There are not many people. Drag your luggage to travel to and from the airport is okay. It is considered another hotel that is suitable as an option for those who want to find a place to stay in Osaka but do not like the crowdedness and chaos of Namba.

The room was great! Stayed a comfortable 2 nights—got a great deal from app! Enjoyed the cafe just right at the hotel—great breakfast and ambiance! Best was that it's near the shopping area and train and bus to airport!

Absolute love this hotel. Only minor minus is the distance from the Umeda/Osaka JR train station but very manageable, even with luggage. Rooms were spacious, clean and very very nice in general. Will definitely stay again.

Really enjoy staying here. Location wise is very strategic just 10 minutes walk from Osaka Station which is 10 minutes away with Metro ride via Midosuji line from Shin Osaka station for Shinkansen access. Its near Yodobashi camera and many other major mall with tons option for shopping and food. Amenity is standard, the room is relatively spacious and the staffs are very helpful.

Location is very convenient to access two train stations. Great for shopping as well. Room is quite compact. Select larger room type if you can afford.
