Serious hygiene concern – please read before staying. I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights and encountered a serious issue regarding room cleanliness and hygiene standards. Upon check-in, the room appeared not to have been properly cleaned prior to my arrival. I found visible blood stains on the blanket, which is unacceptable for any accommodation, especially from a hygiene and safety perspective. The hotel later stated that only the blanket, bed sheets, and pillowcases had been changed, and claimed that no previous guest had stayed in the room before me. This explanation raises further concerns about the hotel’s cleaning procedures and quality control, as such stains should never be present in a room prepared for a new guest. Cleanliness is a basic standard in the hospitality industry, and this experience shows a clear failure to meet that standard. I strongly recommend future guests inspect the bedding carefully upon arrival.

I stayed for 5 nights. For the first 4 nights, I booked a twin room, and for the last night, I mistakenly booked a single room. I requested to stay in a similar room, and they were kind enough to allow me to stay in the same room. Thank you.
