What an amazing team and what a great service. They worked to facilitate my stay and the breakfast buffet my team loved it and they enjoyed the coffee. They accommodated me and gave me the best service I felt I was home with my family. Thank you for such great hospitality and good experience

Superbe hôtel simple, moderne et propre. Lit confortable. Seul bémol, chambre un peu petite.

Easy to find following google. Parking outside the hotel. Staff very helpful with luggage. Check in a bit slow only 1 member of staff. Restaurant had a evening buffet, great choice of food. Room small but clean. Bed comfortable. Shower good. Great for 1 night stay small for a longer stay. Typical Ibis Hotel.

The prooerty was fine for one night, Our room was the size of thise on a cruise ship. The bathroom door didn't latch closed or lock. The drain emanated an unpleasant odor. I appreciated the safe and bottle of water . The decor was okay, The room was dead quiet and the bedding was comfortable. Breakfast, at additional cost, was very good, with a great selection. Staff were all polite and professional.

This was a typical stay in any Ibis hotel. Comfortable beds, great shower and wonderful staff and service. It's a bit out of the main city centre but not a big issue.

Friendly staff, room was basic but comfortable. Food and drinks at restaurant bar/ lounge were great. Parking was available. Only complaint is there was no kettle to make tea/coffee and we were charged by the hotel for two watered down cups of coffee.

Had trouble with temperature. Could not get room below 24C. Hard to sleep for me.

Check in was professionally done, dining server made mistakes on our order but, very polite. During checkout, someone used our 2 room numbers for breakfast which we’ve never taken but front office rectified well. Overall, it’s an excellent 3 star hotel. We recommend. There’s no shower amenities so you should bring your own.

The hotel is very comfortable and at the rim of the city. It needs a bit of walks to find good restaurants and tourist area. During my second day of stay, the wifi is not working.

Good: Helpful and friendly 24 hour font desk. Spoke English, french and Arabic - not sure about other languages. They helped with taxis and storing luggage. Improvement: Check in about 5 minutes per room so rather a long process. The pool closes at 4pm, would be nice if it was open a little later. Tiles on pool need replacing but overall lovely. Overall: Pleasant stay and would come back.

I went to a lot of IBI this one is very nice. Will come back and strongly recommend.
