The room was new, beautiful and nice view. Very clean and the service was awsome and more than expected.

Staff was simply amazing, always ready to help with a smile and very professional but friendly. Only downside is the loud music and noise coming from the Sky Bar terrasse beside the Lobby restaurant and just a few floors below from our room.

The best place to go in the center of the city. The best staff n location.

The room was spotless and the staff were approachable. On the other hand they do not have business center or computers for customers use. The coffee they offer during breakfast is not good. The room have a coffee maker with one complementary small coffee maker kit. There is a charge if more is needed.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful - the hotel is adjoining to a very nice mall with many nice stores and good coffee shops :) Their breakfast in the morning has an amazing selection of different options too!

I have stayed at Sonesta Ibagué every time I come to town and it has always been my hotel of choice. Unfortunately, during this visit I noticed that the overall quality has declined compared to my past experiences. The breakfast buffet, in particular, did not meet the standards I was accustomed to on previous stays. The variety and quality could definitely be improved. In addition, the hotel overall no longer feels as well-maintained or polished as before. I’m not sure if this is due to ongoing remodeling, but it has impacted the guest experience. I truly hope the hotel can return to the high standards I have enjoyed in the past, as Sonesta Ibagué has always been a reliable and welcoming place to stay.

First, I want to commend the team—your staff was wonderful, and the food exceeded expectations. However, I was disappointed to find that the property was undergoing repairs and construction during my stay, which resulted in the closure of the humid areas. This significantly impacted my experience, as I had been looking forward to using those amenities. Additionally, I attempted to cancel one night of my stay through Expedia due to a time-sensitive change in my plans. Unfortunately, I never received a clear update on the outcome of this request. Expedia stated they were unable to reach the hotel, which left me without a resolution.
