Worth every penny! I booked 2 villas here for 10 pp for 2 nights. The room is very great compared to the prices. Very big clean comfy room. They also have many cooking stuffs. The pool area is great. Good atmosphere. There is convenience store nearby. Moterbike and car is recommended (may not suit for a walk, especially in the night time). Overall, this hotel is a great place. Great value!

The staff is rude, the only lady who talked English started shouting at me because we were leaving at 2pm (as concluded with the owner Jeff). The day before we left she mentioned that we could leave our luggage in a storage and the day after this happened to be a complete lie. We ended up being kicked out of the apartment like we were criminals. Beside that and to be fair, the facilities were dirty. The pool so disgusting that we couldn’t swim. The pool furnitures and of the balconies should be thrown away. Also, it’s nice to have designed and Instagram worthy bathrooms but they should be way better cleaned. The location is not great, and not safe at night if you are only girls. I don’t recommend it honestly. Very disappointed by the behavior of the staff and the whole place in general. Also they said they clean the rooms every 3 days, it’s an absolute lie.

In the last few years I’ve stayed in more than 50 hotels and villas in Thailand. This place was the most disappointing of all! Normally you don’t expect such bad experience from hotel with high rate on Booking. Sad but true. 1. What they call Villa 6 is just a small dark room. 2. It’s really noisy and no privacy. Entrance is just on the road! 3. The worst thing is a bad smell from sewage. My wife is pregnant so she just could not breathe normally. 4. Whole day there was no electricity. 5. When told about the problems and asked to change the room, they’ve offered 1,5x higher rate. No, thanks, we just moved to a better hotel.

The good: Nice for families. The room had a cradle and bunk beds. Open living room and kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious as well as the bathrooms. Tons of rooms. The wifi is adequate and Netflix is available. There is a pool that is very nice. This place is away from any main roads. The good, it’s quite. The bad, you will need transportation ( don’t let them suggest Santa Travel ( bikes ). They are very shady! The bad: The service or lack of service. Our outside light didn’t work the whole like. There were a TON of ants outside. Let me explain why. They don’t have any service at night so please be prepared to contact them to clear the garage or change the beds. Not in the evening. And then they brought us garage bags and wanted us to replace the garage. This is YOUR job!!! I’ve never been given a roll of garbage bags and expected to replace them AT A HOTEL I PIAID FOR SERVICE FOR! Also, clean your couches they are disgusting!
